officially dropped with 2 eps left till finale. I really dgaf what the stans say, I will never again watch anything…
Please do us all a favor and indeed never watch another series from Dunk again! That is for all the people who keep complaining about Dunk his acting! If you don’t like how a person does their acting, then why for heaven sake’s are you watching a series said person plays in?!
Correct me if I'm wrong.Lily killed their parents but on whose orders? He said it himself. Lily was working for…
From what I understand Lily killed their parents because of the land/title to land they owned. Lily stopped working for that guy (forget his name) because she wanted to have a family, but instead built her own company. After that all the orders came from her.
JoongDunk deserve a standing ovation for this latest episode. They did such an amazing job, Fadel his beautiful silent tears and Styls his reassurance that they’ll make it. The gorgeous kiss that fallowed! All four of them working to the down fall of Lily, this was what I was hoping for from the beginning. KantBison and the Titanic scene was so much fun to watch. All in all it was just a good episode! This series had been consistently good.
Really if people are still going to complain about Dunk his acting, then you guys are just blind. Because I for one could see all the emotions in his eyes and acting today.
People need to understand that past relationships and parental relationships are responsible for people's trauma.…
This, all of this. People don’t seem to understand that all 3 of the brothers have trauma. Those who think that Faifa will be “healthy” in a relationship, are probably going to be shocked because he is such a people pleaser, that he is stuffing down his own feelings! Non of the brothers seem to learned how to communicate, which is a thing.
A bit of personal information, I was 32 when I found out I had a lot of trauma with me, trauma from my parents, trauma from my abusive ex, etc. I was very much like Yotha. It takes time to learn what traumatized you and finding your triggers is so hard. The guys are around 18 maybe 20? years old, they are still so very young, but carry already so much with them. The fact that Yotha is actively trying to change for Gun is admirable. But healing isn’t a linear proces, you’ll have ups and downs, even if you are seeing a therapist.
Its so funny seeing some ppl here saying the YothaGun "relationship" when they are not even in one is "toxic"…
Right?! I said somewhere below, that I rather have Yotha hurt Gun now a little by figuring out what he feels for Gun and actively working on himself. Then hurting Gun a lot after Yotha finds out that it wasn’t actually love. And end the relationship like how Wa did worh Yotha. I just can’t understand why Yotha is being dragged through the mut but Wa isn’t.
People throw Hate at Yotha because they have not gone through trauma in love...the truth is that someone with…
Finally somebody gets it. Yotha is showing typical commitment issues symptoms, he is badly hurt by Wa but is trying to change for Gun. Do I think he needs therapy, yes definitely. But a patient and healthy partner can heal a lot. Maybe I can relate to Yotha because I have been this way, after my very long abusive relationship finally ended.
Lol Wa kissed him back. Wa also didn’t tell his insecure boyfriend after getting back together with Klao, instead Wa just gaslighted Klao into agreeing with him that he needed to keep seeing Yotha. You can stay mad all you want, my opinion is Wa should have told him, even if he didn’t initiate it! We can agree to disagree.
All these people here being mad at Yotha, all the while Wa hasn’t said a thing about the kiss to Klao! You know the guy who actually is in a relationship, the guy who happily kissed Yotha back instead of pushing him away! But sure let’s all be mad at the guy who is actively trying to change and deal with his trauma, oh right, the trauma that the lovely dude who kissed him back mostly caused!
I just find it so funny that everyone hates Yotha like he killed someone's newborn but ain't giving the same level…
Agreed! Also I hear nobody calling out Wa, who in fact hasn’t told Klao about Yotha kissing him. The guy who is actually in a relationship and who kissed Yotha back instead of pushing him away. But I guess it’s so easy to be mad at the guy who has trauma and is trying to figure it all out. Who is trying to change but also doesn’t want to lose his safe place (which is Gun). Yotha is showing commitment issues which seeing his past is very much understandable. Yotha isn’t black of white, he is grey. Instead of only judging his actions how about wondering why he’s doing those things. I personally love Yotha and can very much relate to him. Love isn’t easy, it can be very messy. I rather have Yotha hurt Gun now a little, by making sure what he is actually feeling is in fact love. Than jumping into a relationship and hurting Gun even more down the line if it turns out not to be love.
Respectfully, I can understand that you didn't like this one, because some people may find it boring. But why…
It’s not about it being boring because it isn’t, it’s about this love triangle. The whole Jun trying to help Po (for which he didn’t ask for) by trying to make Thame jealous thing, which just bugs and annoys me. Because Jun is also making Po feel so uncomfortable by it all. It’s just all so unnecessary, and so childish, we did those things in high school, not when you’re getting older and mature.
There are parts about ep 6 that I did like but those were mostly the mature moments in the series, Thame and Pepper talking about the struggles of having a relationship while being an idol, Pepper inviting his GF over to meet the other guys from the band. Thame and Po walking back and forth from the bus station to Po his house.
Honestly this episode frustrated me to no end. I loved the first 4/5 episodes, it was all about maturity, about finding your voice, talking about insecurities and hurts. But these last 2 episodes it’s becoming so childish and immature, the whole love triangle is unnecessary. Wasn’t this supposed to be a mature adult series, or did I miss the memo where we are getting a high school antics series?
I also question where the communication between Thame, Po and Jun has disappeared to, Po is clearly being very uncomfortable by what Jun is doing and doesn’t open his mouth about it. Jun has clearly alternative motives, what those are no idea. And Thame is questioning if Po even still wants to hang out with him but again doesn’t communicate any of it.
We are half way through this series and it’s just one big chaos, where we ended last episode with such a sweet scene between Thame and Po, this episode feels like we are doing 2 steps backwards! I won’t be suprised if after this episode (or the next) that people are starting to drop this show!
well then it's a dumb plan if they're gonna loose the audience before the payoff.there's something to be said…
Yeah this is how I feel. We had a beautiful and mature first 5 episodes and episode 6 felt as if we were back at high school and kids are trying to make their crushes jealous by hitting on another person. Where is the communication between them all. This is getting ridiculous!
I might be only one but I am pissed at gun too like you ran away first chance you got from yotha. You always confront…
God all of this and more. You have said into words what I have been thinking this whole time. It pissed me of how fast Fai dropped Yotha, his own brother. It pissed me of that he easily agreed to Gun his requests of switching rooms. It pissed me of when he acted all high and mighty towards Yotha about Gun, but not even realizing how much Yotha is actually doing for Gun and trying to change for him. It pissed me off that non of the friends (that includes Fai) were in Yoth his corner, nobody tried to defend him. They were all so quick to protect Gun and not let Yotha anywhere near him. All the while Yotha is again completely alone, with nobody to rely on or find support. To the point that Yotha had to go to Arm to get Gun to talk to him. Both brother just seem so uninterested in Yotha and learning how Yotha is, or why he is like that.
I'll be the devil's advocate. Can someone, please, remind me the part when Yotha asked Gun to be his boydriend?…
All of this, people saying well they were at tge talking stage. I mean yes talking and they shared a couple of kisses, but neither have said anything about dating/being in a relationship.
