Title Kim Soo Ro
I have to agree that this drama was just okay. I watched all episodes mainly because of Ji Sung and the other excellent actors, and I like to finish what I start if it's not too excruciating.

The cinematography was beautiful as were the costumes. Even the overall storyline was good, but the execution was very poor. It seemed that some scenes didn't follow others in sequence or they were just short and choppy and left you hanging.

The chemistry between Ji Sung and Kang Byul was really disappointing. I kept trying to use my imagination--it was almost there, but really not so convincing. The last few minutes of the ending was okay, but just a narrative of history.

This drama wasn't really boring because I kept wanting to see what was going to happen in the next episode. I watched "Kim Soo Ro" on Dramafever, but sorry to say, the English translation was terrible (syntax and pop culture terminology for a historical period drama?). The timing of the display of words was really off also. It was such a challenge to get through this drama because the words would display for 2 seconds then disappear while the actors continued speaking for 10 seconds, so I was constantly pausing and replaying so I could read what was said.

I really don't know all the details of directing, but judging from the many other historical dramas I have watched, I'm sorry to say that this one did not measure up. It really had such good possibilities and could have been so much better, but lost it's effectiveness especially after the first ten episodes.

I would watch this for the actors and the scenery, but I probably wouldn't rewatch especially with the timing and translation issues.

if it wasn't for the ending i would be feeling fine by now, I am just so :'} :') and i just cant believe that…
Bridal Mask is one of my favorite dramas. The actors were so good with an amazing plot. So worth watching (except for some of the torture scenes--you may need to skip over). But I still loved the actors!

background music of this is so loud and distracting.sometimes it doesnt go with mood
I also hate loud music in a drama. I have stopped watching a few dramas because of this reason alone--even dramas that I would have liked to continue watching!

In the process of re-watching this drama once again....the coca cola scene never gets old! Love it!
And how about when they sing the 'Ice Cream' song? I love that scene (and the song)!

I seriously love this drama. It's one of my favorites and I've now watched it three times! (Update--I'm currently watching it a 4th time with another friend--smile.) I always recommend this drama. I really enjoy all the actors and it is so funny and touching. Yoon Eun Hye and Kang Ji Hwan are great together and I like Sung Joon from "Shut Up Flower Boy Band"--so much charisma! You really should watch this if you haven't already! (The rating is way too low on this--I just don't understand. It should be at least 8+. I rated it 9 out of 10.) If you're wondering if you should watch "Lie To Me" I recommend that you start now, especially if you need a good laugh including romance. Enjoy!

I thought Iris was going to be good--at least it started out that way. But the ending was so weird-- I really hated the end! I could never bring myself to watch the sequel!

Delayed in part because one of the lead female actresses, Wang Jiexi, died of leukemia on July 9, 2015. She was…
So sorry to hear that. My condolences to her family and friends.

its been a long time since i didn't drop a Chinese drama in the first episode , but this one is quite promising…
It seems that I mostly watch Kdramas, but I always have my eyes open for any really good Asian drama. Two of my favorite Cdramas that are on my All-time Favorites list are #1-Prince of Lan Ling, and #2-Bu Bu Jing Xin (also referred to as Scarlet Heart-1). I have watched both of these three times over the last few years and just can't get over them. They have compelling storylines, beautiful cinematography, and the best actors!

I haven't seen this drama yet, but watch Jang Hyuk in "Chuno." He's such an amazing actor with great charisma, although I think he ruined his image in "Fated to Love you." It was such a wacky drama. (watch the Taiwanese version of "Fated to Love You." I enjoyed it much more than the Korean one--sorry.)

I want to watch this but I hate Jang Hyuk. He seem a bit overacting to me when I saw him in Fated To Love You.…
I absolutely love Jang Hyuk. He is such an amazing actor, but I do have to admit that I did not like "Fated to Love You" so much as the character he portrayed was way too eccentric. I loved him in Shine or Go Crazy though, as well as his other dramas. He has so much charisma!
~
Also, if you want to watch a great sageuk (historical drama), I recently found a real gem called "Jang Youngsil." It's about disovering the stars and science and how superstitious people were at the time even though the king tried to change things. I know it's showing on Viki.com. It really is a must-watch. Enjoy!

This drama is so worth it! My top favorite with the highest rating ever! 10++++
It is the most beautiful, intriguing, romantic, adventurous, creative, best story ever! Parts of it are heart-warming and other parts are heart-breaking. But it really is a Must Watch! I just finished this drama--Scarlet Heart-1 (Bu Bu Jing Xin)--for the third time watching over the last two years. The cinematography is so beautiful!
I have also watched the sequel, now called Scarlet Heart-2 (Bu Bu Jing Qing) but it is not even close to the same quality as the first one. I don't understand why. Some of the actors are the same, but the camera work and cinematography are just not there, nor the storyline. Such a shame--I wonder why? I am watching the sequel again though, just because I liked the actors from the first one so much.
