Thank you :)Yeah, I think Taxi Driver is the most popular out of the 3.I also bought it (Blu-Ray) lol, it is such…
Oh wow! That is so cool :) I am also collecting DVDs, but to be honest, most of them aren't from Asia. It is much more difficult to get them, and like you said, importing is pretty expensive. So for now I am only streaming most of the Dramas that I watch. I hope one day I can play catch up and add some of the shows that I watched to my DVD collection, that would be cool.

I think I imported mine from another country if I remember correctly. I never really see Asian movies here at all, even though I would expect Parasite to be available here for sure.
I hope (and I feel like it is somewhat starting with Eun Joo, Min Ho and Suk Jun), that characters will become more multi faceted. I still enjoy this show enough to tune in daily, but having characters break out of the either 100% good or 100% bad camps would make this a bit more interesting, since so far you are really being pushed towards who to hate and who to agree with all the time, without really having to think about it or making up your mind on anything. There are still many episodes ahead, so there is plenty of time, I just want to see that development happening.
Thank you!Do you by chance remember which episodes of 1 night 2 days were focused?n Korean history? I want to…
Thanks! That sounds really interesting! I will give them a watch too if I can find them :) And too bad thee movie ended disappointingly, but I will not ask why of course lol.
Wow I had no idea that was what Taxi Driver was about. Now I have to see it. I really enjoyed this article. Every…

Thanks a lot for this! We really need more reviews like this to know what's happening in the world, including…
Thanks! Yeah I agree, living in the western world, we often miss out on learning anything about many of the historical events of the rest of the world in school
History is a subject which I have a big passion for. It's really nice to see someone curious, as well, into history…
Thanks! :) I totally agree! I find it fascinating, and even more so because I have never learnt anything about these events in school or university. One thing that would really help, especially in this case, would be being able to understand Korean well enough to also access their resources. When I went to the archive, they had a few sections dedicated to publications, newspaper articles, documentaries, movies and such on the uprising. And (obviously) almost all of them are in Korean and in Korean only.

I am currently trying to learn Korean, but I am still years away from being able to understand historical political documentaries without subtitles.
Have you read the Kyoshi book?
