After this is done, can someone tell me whether it's more worth it to watch the cut out uncut version
For what others said the uncut version is more cohesive, it flows better. Every episode have 15-20 min more than the tv version, so yeah you have more time.
For what I see, the yt offcial channel, wetv and viki only aired until ep 32, so from ep 33 to 38 they're not…
Another user said in one of the comments that you can watch it complete already on wetv if you buy vip, but I don't know if from 33 to 38 are translated or if they have them raw for the moment.
For what I see, the yt offcial channel, wetv and viki only aired until ep 32, so from ep 33 to 38 they're not still available. We have to wait a few days :)
Jfc, I can stand the absurd plot (I say while muttering "suspension of disbelief Aylam, suspension of disbelief) bc the chemistry is reeeally good, but the subs are ATROCIOUS. There's no better subs somewhere?? It feels like they're made with google translate *cries*
Edit: That's it. I cannot stand it anymore. Until better subs come, I'm gonna put this on hold bc it's SO frustrating when the subs don't make any sense and you don't know what the hell the characters are saying.
I've been googling about the sequels and the webtoon's author has said that it seems the 2 sequels will be around 2025. https://v.daum.net/v/20221230150730969
I have a question, in the credits we see a scene with the young priest and says: "Father Choi will return in The Green Exorcist"
But no matter how much I look into Choi Woo Shik page and google it, I cannot find anything. Does anyone know anything? It's a cancelled project? A delayed one? What is it??? The only thing I can think of is that (as always) covid fcked up the sequel, but I cannot find anything saying it's cancelled either.
Idk... I'm reading the manwha right now, ch 155 that is equivalent of ch 139 out of 516 in the novel, and let me tell you, the sheer AMOUNT of plot in this story is unbelievable. I'm at what? A cuarter of the story? And I cannot for the life of me even WONDER what could happen, bc it's a LOT.
I have no idea how they will be able to squish all of that in a movie. I've seen the rumors that say it will be 5 movies, but even then. 100 chapters per movie? It's physically impossible if you don't want to cut whole chunks of the story, or go so fast it's gonna feel like a summary of 2 hours.
Either way it's gonna be difficult to connect to it, bc you simply don't. have. time. This would be better as a series with several seasons, a la The Witcher for example. Even 2 seasons of 10 eps would be better than what, 5 movies in 5 years?
Idk why they choose such long and complex stories to make adaptations of, if the don't have the time. Even The Untamed had to make some changes and summarize here and there and it has 50 whole damn episodes.
Also, in order to adapt this story it's gonna need heavy CGI so wth. I just hope they think this through, get some heavy budget and make this a series bc this could blow up higher than Squid Game and Alice in Borderland.
Only thing I don’t like is maki in her flashback she looks like a young girl maybe 8-9 but run looks the same…
I think it's because until 15 more or less the physical changes are more drastic, but from 16-17 the changes are more slow, so it would makes sense Gun's character would look basically the same and Maki was too young.
wHAT?! In my quick rewatch looking for Moon Bear appereance I remember vaguely how they talk about some woman...who ate the liver of someone so she was culpable? She was Moon Bear's sister??! is Lee Yeon going around killing his friends siblings or what? Wow
*running to watch that ep* You're right! The Magistrate in the folk town! But why isn't he in the childhood flashbacks? Are not the same age? Also Yeon said he was his "best friend"...
I HAVE SO MANY QUESTIONS!!!points below in spoilers ->
1- Who the hell is the 4rd Mountain God?? They mention them but in the flashbacks only appear them 3. Edit: thanks to those who pointed out he appeared in s1. He was the Magistrate in the fake folk town, and he was a bear.
2- Why Lee Yeon from the future doesn't remember himself in the past? By laws of time travel if he changes his past and meet himself, he either created another dimension (so it's not his original past) or his past version has to lose those memories. 3- If Lee Rang from s1 doesn't remember any of this s2 AND he has only one gumiho eye, it's the same as the previous point: either s2!Lee Rang is from a paralel dimension when Lee Yeon changed things or he has to lose his memories. 4- The last scene after the credits is hinting what? That Lee Yeon travel again through time only this time to old Joseon? oh god lmao 5- Also, didn't Lee Yeon did ALL OF THIS to save Lee Rang's soul?? I really hope that's not a plot point they forget in s3 (and thank godness they said there's gonna be a s3 bc if not I'd punch the screen lol)
why is the series, available on a vertical screen only? why it's not available in horizontally?
My guess is that it was made to watch on a phone. Japan has some mini dramas like that and it's not that they "cut" a normal frame to fit a vertical phone screen, but the way is filmed (close ups, angles, etc) is made thinking of how you watch in a small screen.
