Ep 3 - I sort of blame the actress for her portrayal of Xuanji, because her story is the typical background of most shonen manga, powerless and belittled but hiding a superpower from within, and most audience would cheer for their path to become heroes, but here, FL is a bit unbearable.

Now on ep 2, maybe its a mistranslation because just bc she can't cry doesn't mean she's emotionless. Lmao. I saw her be happy, excited, felt embarrass, protective over bird's eggs, and she was instantly attracted to sifeng after taking his mask off --- those are fucking emotions.

Just finished this! Love women empowerment in the story, even the evil women characters are still more capable than men. Ending is quite rushed, and ML is just stiff, but I can't deny that his fight scenes were really good. Their love story could have been better shown, but I'm still satisfied. Zhi's grandpa really believes his favorite grand child and that was most touching.

Now on 21-24...the male adults here are really trash, like ML's mother was killed and his uncle and dad just want him to let it go?! Also, no funeral for ML's dad and he'd rather go to the north

Your point is? Try watching Melody of Golden Age and The Imperial Coroner, they definitely WEAR masks and masks isn't a modern invention please

watched the 2 episodes and quickly downloaded everything else, I hope this will really be good! So far, dramas with "blossom" in their title seems to have really strong and smart FL, which I love.

I checked out Rebirth's first ep and I can't follow anything, haha.

currently watching this and as someone in the medical profession, I just can't accept that she wears gloves but not masks?! That's just basic. I get that they withhold the mask so they can capture her facial expression for TV purposes, but it just ticks me off. haha.

taking a pause from costume C-dramas to check this out and I'm not disappointed. FL is just so iconic, ML might have a villain-face but he's such a dork you end up being charmed, and the real villain has a punchable face. Also, for a supposedly ceo, Mu-do got loads of free time to always check-out his cousin. Cheering for our MC.

I managed to get past the nitty-gritty of first few eps, the crying kids, and now, I have to get through his annoying sister. But other than the supporting cast, love story between ML/FL is good. Wont be dropping this yet.

Liking this because I managed to hold on from their extreme fighting in first eps and now I have to get through those annoying kids. I'm trying my best here.

Terrific chemistry between the leads, plot is okay, but the tournament finale was a snoozefest.

I love detective stuff and while this started as good, the middle kinda drop, and the ending was so-so. I'm so sad not to like this because it really started as promising

The deaths toward the end were not needed, ugh, its like in The Double were the writer just killed off everyone close to him at the end 😭

Her character is obviously written as a side-couple, this aggression is weird. But I think you're just jealous because Xiaotao gets to have her own love arc despite being not your usual visual heroine.

The love story is cute and fluffy with angst at the beginning. The battle scenes were awesome! I wish the battle in PoJ were that good. But I had to drop this, haha, not because it was bad but I just lost interest over her revenge.

I'm surprised that I actually liked this. One of the ultimate arranged marriage trope with enemies-to-lovers. Most love stories became stale once main couple got together, but here, they kept the plot going and kept me really interested. The conflict were still related to MC and I shed some tears toward the end, like, WHY?! But I love their love story, the family feud, and the war aspect. Plot was well-written.

Now on ep 29-30, wdym he professed his love in front of the king and queen?! AHHHHHH. If I were the king, I would have ordered them to marry right there 🫶😭
