😂🤣 Yes, that’s the character that came to mind. My family thinks I’m crazy for getting into telenovelas, Thai, Korean, and Chinese dramas, sometimes Turkish and Indian.

But I think this year’s Baeksang competitions may be from shows like Penthouse and the daily family dramas. Still cheering on TRS cause the talent behind it is what got everyone immersed into it.

Lol…yes…telenovelas. I liked the first season of Penthouse. Didn’t fully finish the second season. But it wasn’t the same feel or attachment as TRS. I like all 3 main female leads in Penthouse too, especially Kim So Yeon and Eugene. Not many people realized that Eugene was 1st gen idol at first. Kim So Yeon got daesang for Penthouse.

Agreed. Hoping for multiple Baeksangs for TRS. They deserve it. I never fully got into the Penthouse craze or the other talked about dramas. Not sure if it’s because Penthouse is too much like the American Soaps I grew up with…crazy storylines and people coming back from the dead 🤷🏻‍♀️😂.

I think the liver cancer is another guess at the cause. In a lot of the records it’s still a mystery.

Definitely. Romeo and Juliet didn’t have to endure like SanDoek. Doek-Im endured the tragic life of being a concubine to show her love while San endured the tragic life of fulfilling your duties with an empty heart once the one who filled it is no longer by your side. 😭😭

Yeah. That’s the thing about filming dramas, the whole team is immersed into it so it’s even harder for them than the audience when it’s time to let go, especially for the leads.

It was so sad…Seyoung and Junho playing around to keep from crying more at the ending scene.

TRS syndrome…we all got it

Yes…it was ep17 his last memory before closing his eyes.

They included the pillow talk scene, where he put his hands on her shoulder and the tattoo showed through her top. Everything of her was literally devoted to San including her body being marked as a child 😭😭😭
