Yeap. I think that’s why both are able to continue to do real kiss scenes with their co-stars. I feel like there’s a lot more actors/actresses that are able to do these kind of scenes now.

I think he knows who she really is and based on how he’s been acting, I started getting the feeling that he’s got an angle, possibly something to do with her company. The rest of this with him still in the picture after XY and XYS get together is extra in the drama and not in the novel.

From the clips I’ve seen of the BTS they’ve got more. The one where her secretary walks in on them, they showed the BTS and it was a lot longer intense kiss versus the cut. They held each other when the director said cut to keep the mood.
Brace yourself…from the ost/MV it looks like they’re going to follow the novel. A lot of us will join you in your sentiments the next time he shows up.
That scene is in ep 19 before they officially get together. Correction, she went with Lu Dong to get the contract for corporation with his company when ML saw her get into Lu Dong’s car. She was doing it to help the ML due to the investigation. Her being upset at ML for resigning without saying anything was after that.

I like slice of life/RomComs so this is good pacing for me. I’m more of an impatient want all the episodes already kind of viewer and don’t mind spoilers so hoping they release Fast Track.
If it follows the novel, it’s flirting and such until they get together then the romance becomes more 🔥
It’s kinda slow until they get together which is this week. Issues are solved within an episode though. Once they get together, it’s 🔥so we’ll see how that plays out. There’s a hot car scene and apparently they filmed it.
I can’t remember which drama it was but they did fast track for like the last 10 episodes because of popularity and timing of other shows due to new broadcasting rules.

I knew there’s heavy drinking in the business circle but I didn’t realize how huge smoking was too. Every modern novel I’ve read so far has the leads chain smoking except for ABAY. Though they don’t put the smoking part in the drama adaptations.

He did leave his agency after he finished filming this drama and established his own studio so he’s more or less freelance now with more freedom of choice. We’ll see what kind of dramas he takes on from now on. I think both leads have had their fair share of good and bad dramas but they’re both proven actors.
Lol…I’m finally understanding the part of the MV where ML talks about the necklace with the XYS initials…lol…the charm replaced the tattoo of the XYS initials from the novel. XYS can stand for Xu Yan Shi or Xiang Yuan’s…XYS or XY’S. Boy was hooked, line, and sinker since high school.
How's the romance department so far? why does the rating keep dropping? is it bland or what?
It’s a cross between slice of life and RomCom. My opinion, it’s a good balance between romance and business but the romance part may be too slow for some. Chemistry between the leads is good.
