Not necessarily. They could tell him whatever they want about family background because unless you grew up together, you usually don’t meet family until there’s marriage talks. They were going to move in together but I don’t think they got to the marriage part before she died…it most likely was the next step.

Hopefully he satays a nice character? I can see why he would hide his background so that he can make genuine friends who’s not going to use him for money or favors.

If they keep with this Jiang dude’s antics the whole show, it’s really going to get boring. It’s unneeded detraction from the flight stories. Might have to avoid this screenwriter in future.

Lol…I cracked up at CX’s fake leg cramps and GNT trying figure out what she was getting with the “good person” comment. Yuheng is really oblivious to the fact that GNT isn’t into her and it doesn’t help with XZ playing cupid.

XZ had to go talk to Security since she was the last flight attendant to leave the plane. I’m guessing from the previews that she told them the bathroom door malfunctioned? 🤦🏻‍♀️ she doesn’t have much integrity if that’s what she did. She should have just been honest about the distraction from the phone/baby thing.

He did give her orders to maintain the midline and brake thinking that they would brake in time and not collide. CX swerved instead. She didn’t get a chance to explain herself because the alarm went off. I don’t know what kind of investigation they would do but I hope they do a simulation with the speed that they were going and braking and have it show that the airplane would not brake in time so following his orders would have caused a collision. Then it would show that she made the right decision.

They only contacted by email as landlord/tenant and their names are not part of their email address. They contact each other via phone as coworkers and know each other as coworkers but don’t realize that they are landlord/tenant. She didn’t put an address during the transfer process because she was going to move so he never saw where she currently lives. She most likely did the rental through an agency and he only saw the tenant information one time before getting to know her at work since they worked in different departments before the transfer. That’s the only way I can see how he doesn’t personally know who his tenant is.

Agree, he doesn’t know that it’s CX because he was asking about her address from Yuheng. The rent doesn’t matter to him or his mom as they don’t really need it for income, it’s just so the place doesn’t sit empty.

Just got through ep4, the boyfriend/girlfriend thing is fake because Pinny’s parents asked him to pretend since Pinny attempted suicide. They used it to their advantage because they knew it was the only way to trap him. Once word gets out, he’ll have to move forward with things to save face/reputation of both families.

Did Pinny have something to do with the previous caretaker’s death that she’s haunted by her? Can’t believe her mom locked her in the room. Knew the parents were going to use the incident to push the ML because they know the ML only thinks of Pinny as a little sister and the parent’s marriage arrangement doesn’t really mean anything since they’re not really engaged, it was just talk.

From the ending credits, is FL’s friend and Pinny going to fall for each other?

Yeap…he already feels an affinity to FL because of their past. Something probably happened to cause FL to loose her memory but I think she’s the missing daughter who he was close to when they were kids.

I’m not sure about the screen writer but the director also directed You Are My Glory which I loved so have expectations for this.

Yeah, maintenance can easily prove if a door was broken since it was a controlled incident scene.
