I think a lot of people misjudge the female lead. She isn't just fighting this hard because she loves Li Xun.…
That’s why I like the end of ep27. It shows a closure of the past to focus on their new goal of bringing down Gao & FZJ, and at the same time, getting back on track of their love. In the trailer, she talks about her regret of not being able to stop him 3 years prior which is guilt that was part of her depression. For me, she’s fighting for both, getting FZJ and Gao out of L&P because it is wrong and for the future that should have been. Finding out about FZJ spurred her into action, but if she gets involved, she knows it also means being around LX who she can’t completely let go.
I think people are too much focused on the ML being a shut off and single mindedly focused on his work rather…
Great thoughts. Having hurdles and annoyances make drama relationships realistic because that’s life. It’s not always rainbows and sunshine. I think they’re each other’s North Star…constancy, purpose, direction, inspiration, hope…they anchor each other to bring each other back to their path. He’s her courage to do what she wants instead of what her parents want and she’s his home.
I’m trying to figure it out too because I’ve heard it before. It’s one of those classic songs like Tian Mi Mi that gets stuck in my head. 😆 And now I just hear CFY/ZJY version in my head 🤣
I wish Arthur posted on Instagram more, esp since he knows English and can broaden his fanbase using Instagram,…
🤷🏻♀️ Yeah, I’m not really sure how they do it. But it’s what I’ve heard unless there’s some exceptions for celebrities but western social media isn’t allowed to the masses over there on mainland. That’s they’re more active on Weibo. Even Thai and Korean celebs have active Weibo accounts for their fans in China. All the celebs that are actually from HK and Taiwan like William Chan, Jackson Wang, etc. have IG and Twitter because of the exceptions for those locations. At least that’s what I learned from someone on Soompi. From what I’ve seen on Twitter, CFY is pretty active on Weibo.
This edit is hilarious. CFY singing at some event while ZJY is singing in a drama/movie. They made the edit after ZJY said she can’t sing in an interview. I can’t wait for their duet of Falling You. They said they’ve been practicing. I haven’t heard her sing before but I’m pretty sure they’ll do great.

I don’t think he’s able to keep instagram since he’s now a Chinese citizen and has to conform to the bans on Instagram, Twitter, etc. I think most of the accounts of C artists are managed by fan clubs or external management based outside of China such as HK, Taiwan, US, Canada.
Maybe they’ll explain more on FZJ later but in the novel, it’s because his parents are government officials.…
Yeah…the mother for me is very much a representative of the stereotyped stuck-up wealthy mom, hypocritical in their words/actions in comparison to their profession and I’ve seen it in both kdramas, cdramas, and Thai dramas. They preach tolerance to others but when it’s themselves, they act the complete opposite. Also in the novel which they left out in the drama, ZY already had issues against her mom because her mom had a part in her best friend being ostracized at school which eventually led to suicide so it wasn’t;t just FZJ she blamed but her mom as well. Her parents also knew FZJ’s parents.
I just feel so bad for these celebs having their lives controlled. I don’t blame any of them for being very private in their personal lives because of this. I remember some CPs were changed because fans campaigned against them.
This drama is amazingly addictive in a "Twilight" kind of way, The acting for such a young cast is so believable…
Maybe they’ll explain more on FZJ later but in the novel, it’s because his parents are government officials. As for ZY’s mom, it wouldn’t have mattered if ZY attempted to explain anything to her. ZY’s mother is the drama mom who’s planned everything in her child’s life because she “knows best”. In fact, she did try to explain a bit about LX’s mom and the past incident but her mother didn’t care. Her mom’s response was if he could cheat for money, what if he kills for money, using your talent for bad is worst. 🤦🏻♀️ I had wondered how her mother could be an educator when she’s so prejudiced against someone for desperate actions done in youth and their family background (“it’s difficult for a poor family to raise a good son”). Her rebuttal to everything ZY attempts to tell her is that ZY is young and inexperienced and doesn’t know bad people. She knows best because she’s a teacher who knows how to distinguish bad kids. 🤦🏻♀️.
I stand by them not promoting any CPI don't see anything good in it except from bringing out the disgusting side…
I’m good with them not promoting CP because these days people can’t seem to ship in a healthy and respectful way. I think mainly because people spend so much money being fans that they feel deceived or something when their ships don’t happen irl. The way they bash these actors/actresses, it’s so disturbing. Then it ruins the chances of great future project collaborations.
Lol…from Youku…which villain should LX kick the most?
“Chun Tian Hua Hui Kai”…Flowers Bloom in Spring. I like CFY’s soft version.
