Modern mature romantic Cdrama is truly something refreshing to watch after recent success and overwhelming buzz of Pursuit of Jade and Love Beyond The Grave.
Good to see Wallace not acting with FL half his age in forced idol drama and Zhu Zhu not taking older women/younger man (noona romance) drama. Both here are just acting in slow burn, mature ppl subtle romance and normal ppl struggling with life and family issues.
Not sure Guo Xiao Ting (Hotel Chef) invited Xu Hai Qiao (Competitor Hotel Heir Staying in the Hotel) to act as her adhoc partner in the competition - "acting bootcamp" Memories Beyond Horizon" reality show in 2022 before or after fliming this drama. They seemed to have good chemistry and friends in real life.
So far up to ep.26 and it is just predictable, simple and nice. 8.5/10.
Lately some TVB dramas appear to shoot both in HK and presumably Shenzen.
Shouldn't the Department of Justice office or D.O.J office be spelt in full. 😅
I like that the show reflects a more realistic perspective about equal legal rights and protection for the people esp. the of ppl surrounding FL, Judge Yin.. although I must say FL is clearly the most and undoubtedly the righteous character.
Sadly, this drama, Themis, is the last Benz Hui work in TVB or any on screen work. 🫡 🫡🫡🫡🫡
This drama's writer is definitely a millennial or Gen Y. Although its all feel good but I must say women at that era, 80s 90s would not have been that independent or capable even if they come from educated family background.
In fact, Qian Qian and Wan Zhi niece Zhao Jun are more realistic characters compared to Juan (filial to blind in law refused help) and Fan Wanzhi, who are idealistic.

As long as I can remember and those days, like Lee Min Ho's dramas were super popular before they were released and had tens of thousands ppl tagged Plan to Watch e.g. "King Eternal" and many discussions but was not under Trending this week until it was released. It only started and stayed there for many weeks.
The horizontal belts display 3 categories, i. Trending This Week, ii. Starting This Week, and iii. Ending This Week.
Outside of that the Group is Upcoming, as it doesnt make sense for it to trending when it has not been released, what is the talking/discussion point...rite

Thank you for your observation. But normally Trending dramas are either currently airing or has been aired. Not once i encountered for dramas yet to be aired based on my years of membership here.
I like ML previous works and FL previous works. But to see them both acting together as adversaries and potential couple are too good to be true 😍😍😍🥰🥰🥰

Have not watched a Ju Jingyi drama for a long time, hope it doesnt disappoint.
