I seriously hope that we'll get the 3rd one this summer. Or perhaps that is too soon? But the Chinese are fast :D I disliked the first drama so I'll now give the 2nd a chance.
I really really wanted to like it, and I liked the cinematography and the premise behind the whole story but to me personally - the characters were bad and didn't synchronize with each other well. Geng Geng annoyed me from the first minute I saw her and throughout the next 5 eps she was a spoiled brat who just kept shouting at everyone, especially at Yu Huai, who on the other hand was ALWAYS there for her. He was such a sweet character, perhaps even a bit too sweet, I feel like his character was in the background during the first couple of eps. Also, I think they introduced the love triangle TOO SOON. I hated Lu Xing He's character and just wanted him GONE. Instead of deepening the relationship between Geng Geng and Yu Huai I had to watch that fool waste my hours when I knew perfectly well that she won't end up with him.
A bit disappointed but not surprised by these results. I was hoping for more variety since many diverse dramas…
The lack of subs is killing Jdramas! There are so many interesting doramas but people give up because they can't watch raw! *cries* Or they don't hardsub them so you have to download the raw videos and subs separately.
