From what I caught from the novel, Shou Gu is Dou Zhao's nickname which she got since she was a kid. So it's not courtesy name. Only few people know about this nickname. Song Mo found out about this when he investigated her. That's why he was annoyed when Ji Yong calls her Shou Gu, bcos it shows intimacy and closeness. I remember Ji Yong was warned not to call her Shou Gu since she is already married.

She and the whole Lu family support Song Mo and despise Song Yichun 👍🏻But I find it annoying they had to make a loveline between Princess Shude with Dou Shishu 😑 if this will lead to good, then be it.
