So far this is really good. I expected nothing but the story is interesting and the actors are great. However, I don't know how they will wrap this as there are only 4 episodes remaining.
If you enjoyed this, watch '1 Litre no Namida.' It remains the highest-rated J-Drama on MDL 20 years since its release, a true masterpiece. However, be aware that it's way more heartbreaking than 'Angels Fall Sometimes'.
This drama is for viewers with very high endurance to formulaic boring dramas. It is nothing like Go Ahead, it…
Exactly my thoughts! I am never surprized or thrilled. The story is so conventional and bland. There is not a single thrilling moment and I struggle to build any connection with the characters as their story is just ... not very interesting.
I guess censorship plays a big role in this trend yea, screenwritters and directors don't try anything unconventional or uncommon by fear of having their work censored.
This really exceeded my expectations! It was gripping and intense. Acting was on point. It was way better than the Korean movie (the drama format allows to go way more in depth in each characters' psychology ).
Just noticed the director of this movie is the same as the one for 'Nobody Knows' (2004). No wonder it was so great... Go watch them (both are masterpiece) if you haven't yet!
I dropped it after watching the first 2 episodes. The pacing of the episodes was weird (compared to other similar shows like Chuang or YWY which had way more "character development") and no introducing performance left a deep impression on me.
I also found the first two episodes to be a bit meh, but after that it gets very good.

I guess the market is smaller than for chinese seasons. So they invested less.

This is worth 7/10 imo.

Should I give it another try?
