A complex story trying to be scary

I didn't want to write a review cause I didn't understand the backstory very well and it took me a comment and three days to sequence all of it together. Nevertheless, I have to address the lost potential of this movie.
This movie is good. It's not a jumpscare kinda movie nor a liver-dropping but a layer-by-layer gore story. What initially starts as a grave awakening eventually escalates into a country-dividing curse-breaking ceremony. But saying the movie is one of the best horror movies is far-fetched cause honestly speaking it wasn't scary. As I explained, it was a detailed movie with intricate layers. Writing a complex story is a gamble because ppl need to understand for the fear to kick in but if the story is too complex and ppl don't understand, what's the point?? And I feel a lot of people who have horror as a main genre would agree with me.
In other words, think of this movie as a thesis. To the ppl who have read a lot of theses on this particular subject don't think this is any special but to others, it's written so that it makes it interesting.
The cast was the hype. I mean, LDH with tattoos, man, he can be the plot and KGE with those eyes. Yup, it was hyped. But honestly speaking, that's good for the movie. The other actors, I have seen rarely, but they slayed. Especially, scenes of doubt.
The music was the true hero. The BGM that ensued the creepy and eery feeling and the color contrast of places. Real nice.
Overall good movie for beginners. But needs to game up to the pros.

When I say cute movie, its underestimating the movie

When you feel like there isn't a good romance movie, this movie shines like no other. Out of the rom-com fests, or sad girl romance drama fests, and unhappy, heart-wrecking, mind-crying, "realistic" love stories, this is a true gem.

It isn't special. It's got no special script or actors. It got nothing out of the ordinary but then again what is ordinary? In Drama Land, we have so many stereotypes and cliches that this movie with its not-so-much simpleness happens to be perfectly fit into what seems like pure bliss.

We have a simple ML and witch. it isn't love at first sight but it sure does feel like it. With his simple ways, the stupid and unwavering ML does whatever he can to win the FL. It's not a special love story but it sure hits your jellies.
(We all love a quirky and dumb ML whose dumb ways just exist in our hearts.)

I don't know if its the setting or the entire vibe check of the movie, but it's nice and wonderful to sit and watch.
Def rewatch material!!

Even a good plot can get dragged around

When I started this drama, it was going well. The first 7 episodes were really fast-paced and captivating. The hidden circumstances and the FL making the moves and the ML who has eyes only on the FL's hidden ID. They were so close but then again so far. Even the second couple also, they were so fluffy.
The drama made sure that nothing was truly hidden. Just fogged up in the scenario. It's not even a misunderstanding. It just happens and I genuinely loved that idea. It wasn't cliche and it was new.
But then writers decided that such an original play was too much and added the agendas that popped the balloon. i dont want to spoil but elements like the unnecessary SML, making the FL immature and foregoing issues.
I get it. Its a drama. Its supposed to be draggy and cliche but when the fast-paced drama decides to take a turn, its not a good feeling. It was going a 10 but suddenly something changed and its still good but not the same.
The acting was good. Its great that they could pull a lot of hilarious scripts. Like the lion dancing scene. Couldnt keep a straight face. I could watch most of the drama cause the visuals were great. (Sorry for being vain)
The second couple however delivered. Through thick and thin, they were amazing. Not much jealous and cute.

Sometimes Hell is better than Heaven

Are you in Hell? Do you feel like you are in Hell?
Well, this is the story of two girls who decide to kill themselves cause they are already in Hell but are they? On the brink of death, they decide to meet the person who put them in Hell only to find themselves in a cult of ppl trying to find a way to Heaven or Paradise. The only way to go to Paradise is to repent which their preparator is doing diligently.
But what of them? How can they forgive when they have suffered so much?
Slowly (not much of a surprise for us) they understand the place is fucked and they much rather return to their Hell than stay there. As for the bully, well let's say she has her own Hell, not bound by her.

I liked the story and the acting was amazing. I loved how both of the girls had flaws and balanced their shit together. Instead of getting angry at each other, they decided to see from each other's POVs before losing their shit.
One another thing I liked was how the cult was. It was a normal cult with the usual bs and symptoms but there was no eerie crap and dark lurky ppl. It was nonsensical ppl convinced of some crap like it was normal. They didn't force or do any crap until the end when they were threatened.
And as for the bully, ppl don't change easily. The Devil was always evil even before he fell from Heaven. I knew she was a bitch from the get-up itself but I was surprised in the end. She lost her mind too.
I loved the ending tho i wish they would show more of their relationship and their parents too but honestly leaving it as a blank stays true to the title Hail to Hell which makes sense to say. They are still in Hell and nothing changed but man, its better than wherever they went.

I saw this movie in theatres with my best friend by accident when we couldn't get seats for the actual movie we came for. At that time, I wasn't into Asian dramas or movies. So seeing this movie, without knowing the star studded cast and the extravagant setting, this movie was quite amazing.

4 years later, I still haven't forgotten this movie so I thought why not a re-watch?

I do follow the rule of "you cant see a thriller, horror or mystery movie again because suspense doesn't work twice" but I still decided to watch it. This time, fueled by the knowledge of Japanese cinema, I watched it with full excitement.

The movie starts nice and slow so you get a grip but in actual reality, the movie is going really fast and we just don't know it. Then again, the movie is long. But it is very detailed. Ofc, I am lusting over the cast but that doesn't mean I wasn't paying attention to the details. Mainly cause the movie goes slow, we catch a lot of details but are we?

The movie likes to joke around a lot on who is the killer. The person we thought it is might not be the one or is it? One by one, every little detail in the movie is broken down. So as advice dont do the weird detective shit that we normally do seeing a mystery movie. Just enjoy the movie.

The cast was extravagant, just like the movie. We have the famed KT and the every so "pretty girl" NM and their epic duo. They were polar opposites and hence made the movie fun to see. NM plays a character who is a perfectionist but at the same time, is very sensitive to each one and treats everyone with grace. She is paired up with KT's character who is a selfish wreck ball but really quick to catch on to things. We see the movie through his ways and means so yes, we also think what he thinks.

The music is underrated. Its the BG music that gave all the effect of whatever subtle rich cinematography was shown here.

Overrall this movie isnt a mystery movie. It just gives a vibe of it. In reality it is just a nice movie to watch.
Its not superb or anything. It was nice.

Cliched average romance

If you wanted to start this drama, you got have a reason. My reason was LGY and i came for him.
The trailer looked dope and everything about this drama looked intriguing but honestly, there was nothing interesting about this drama because it just an average revenge/ romance story.
We have a rich girl and rich boy. Girl is forced to marry a manwh*re so she devises a plan to get the ML while ML wants to have her cause of some childhood treasure memory. Falling in each others traps (and laps), there dont want to get out and the story continues down the cliche route. We see the normal "i will do anything for you" ML and "I am on my own and nobody to love me" FL.
The acceptable reason to still watch this drama while being heavily cliched is cause its short. The scenes switch fast. You can finish this drama within three hours and the best part is even if you skip (episodes), you still understand.
Ofc, the cast was lit. The FL was very weird to be in the beginning but she grew on me. There was also alot of cast for this small drama tho everyone did their part to fit in their role. The music was non-exisent. Even if it was there, it wasnt that noticable.
This is the drama for you if you just want to finish a small drama to finish your challenge or you are a new watcher. I wouldnt say this was epic but for whatever reason you came for, its easier to stay thinking abt it.

There has never been a single moment where i havent loved you

I could tell you this is a very nice movie to watch on a shallow day. I could you that this movie is the better half of all the sad dramas that don't end well. I could tell you that cliché is what the plot reads (it is) but feelings start to form mid way and you would want to stay. I could tell you and that's why I did. Because that's what it told me.

As for me, I didn't start with any expectations. Honestly just watched it, while i was scrolling through one of the non-legit sites for dramas. I just wanted a nice movie and Oo, look a nice movie with amazing cast. It was already calling me towards it.
Honestly speaking after seeing the poster, you don't even need any more reason to watch the movie but hey, its okay to have trust issue. We know how it went down with Scarlet Heart Ryeo. And that's why i am writing a review.

The movies is cliched but not heavily. We have a shy female lead who lives in a indiscernible patriarchal family who learns to express herself more and a male lead who is (like always) rich and has a troubled past neither of which lasts long. This is the story of how they meet and do they last? But as the movie goes on, we can see from the naked eye that just as annoying as it seems and however cliched it may be, it talks about some issues. It talks about academical pressure that comes from excellence, the subtle actions in the family that draws a fine line over "patriarchal ideologies" and "unquestioned love for sibling", the burden of sickness, and mildly the fickleness of society. The plot slowly shifts.

What i liked about this movie are only two things and they stood out the most to me.
One, people are good at different things and what you thought you are good at may not be the one you are the best at. Its like you finish first in the neighborhood race but you last in the national race. You can try hard to be the best. If you cant be perfect, that's okay, be like the FL, try a different opportunity. You are not God to make things always go your way.
Two, the cinematography, whenever the plot got dusky, happy, prideful, stupid, heavy, etc., the mood was always right. Thanks to the excellent cast the feeling was there and with the magnificent cinematography, everything was perfect. There are like a million potential screenshots of beauty in this movie.

I love to talk about the cast and music but i think i need not say much cause those are for the sense organs to feel. You will know it when its bad and when its good. And mine said it was good.
It have a good rewatch value mainly cause its a feel-good movie and cause of the lit cast. And that all adds up to "Damn, that's a fine movie to watch". So there we have all the issues solved.

P.S.: There were R-rated scenes but because its China, they weren't released. So check them out on YouTube.

Wherever the road brings us!

I wanted to watch the original title before watching the actual drama 'Hometown Cha Cha Cha' cause i have this stupid rule to read/watch the OG first and then go to the adaptation.

The movie was pretty cute and little cheesy but it's a rom-com. It is what it is. It's after a long time i am watching a perfectly balanced rom-com. It's might not be the perfect rom-com but it did have a balance and didn't tip of the cringe scale.

It's starts out like any English movie and then to the dramatic scene. Then proceeds to have a annoying first meeting and then to a wide no. of coincidences and then the helping/getting to know each other scene even tho here it's just her getting help from him.

Since it's a Korean rom-com set in the sea side village, it might get some ppl annoyed cause in a village, your business is not your business alone anymore and privacy is not a choice anymore. Everyone cares abt what you do and you have to put an effort to remember what others do too. The drama starts out by random suggestions by ML in FL's lifestyle but then it's not like offensive.
Mr. Hong was the one character that was portrayed raw. He is good and everything but grounded. He has flaws but no one knows. He acts like an elder but that's just how he is.

The acting was pretty good but maybe cause it was old, i could see sometimes the acting was very stereotypical and straight of the textbook.
Other than that i loved the FL's BFF/assistant, she was so cuteeeeeee.

Music was nice. It really gave a feel good movie song vibe. Cliche but okay.

Overall, it was an nice movie. I won't re-watch but it has potential of a re-watch. Cute movie.

Plot Twist: Jesus was in the show and He saves the day

Before I explain what the title means, I must say that it is not a spoiler nor it is a religious ploy and I am definitely not taking His name in vain. I apologize in advance if it is rude to you but I am not taking it down cause it fits too perfectly (you will understand once you see it).
Or maybe i will change it to "Happy Death Day meets The Grudge"

I will start by saying AVOID if:
- you hate cutesy gore
- you can't sleep at night without a teddy
- you are lowkey scared of anything
If you have these three problems and you see it, recovery is kinda tough. The rest problems are no biggies.

This movie unlike other "time loop" movies is kinda different. We see the characters enjoying being stuck in the time loop and taking their time to get out of it. They don't stress nor do they enjoy the time loop until the end and then freak out. Each and every character is nice and doesn't backstab one another or fight in times of adversity. They don't separate and stick together. They don't hesitate to give up their lives for the betterment of others also. This is some advanced thinking i have never seen in movies.
But like every movie, there are flaws. And that flaw is the FL.
Pretty much every character is important but clear distinction is given to Asuka so she is FL. But this FL is a scaredy cat for 90% of the movie. 5% of the time, she grows a backbone due to the ML (Takahiro), and the rest 5% was because it was the end of the movie. The virgin FL, who suddenly becomes powerful after everyone dies, saves the day!!
She was timid and nervous but come on, after dying at least 50 times and even getting friends who like you, you should have become at least confident. But NO, she was like this till the end of the movie,
The reason the movie was saved is due to the ML. Dude literally did 95% of the things in the movie. He distracted the demon and did most of the things too. Even in the end, while the FL stared and cried, my guy was slashing the monster.
The stupid FL could have saved him when he was dying if she used the time she cried for his non-existent death for something like running and putting the goddamn body part in the coffin.
After he died, she became so strong that she fought the monster with the strength that wasn't showcased till now and won (by the power of Jesus). Then took her sweet time doing everything. The ending of the movie would have been cut by 10 mins if she ran. Sorry for the vent, it was necessary to do so I can detoxify this bs.

The cast was new to me other than Hashimoto Kanna, Yamamoto Maika, and Kamio Fuju. I have seen them before but my memory sucks remember where. They all acted pretty well and due to no significant supporting roles, the other cast had no presence.
The music was too good. The Japanese never fail to give an adrenaline rush song in between a gore movie.
There is also a post-credit scene that will confuse you but honestly, there were hints in between the movies to be able to predict this. It was a predictable movie.
Hope you like it!

Could've done better

I didn't want to write a review cause I loved the drama but I had a lot to say still.
Everything is good. Everything was going well until Ep7. That's when everyone on the set of AOS 2 understood that they had only three more episodes and they still haven't revealed anything.
10 episodes were more than enough with the run time but it still made us feel that the ending was rushed. In the last three eps, things were revealed in a magnitude of seconds. And the ending? the climax? lasted barely minutes that we couldn't even remember. It wasn't a nice gift with a Tiffany's & Co. bow tied to it but an express gift card that your uncle bought last minute cause he forget to get you a present on New Year's.
And the actress switch.
I understand that you want JSM back cause yall love her but i really don't understand why GYJ received hate. It's not like her acting is bad. You've got to give chances to new actresses.
But then some of you ask, "Was the switch necessary?"
Yes. It was and it is. It showed that they were destined to be with each other even if they can't recognize each other. And also the fact that it was Mu-doek's face that he was seeing, not her face. he never saw her before. Now he sees her completely.

Even tho the ending was rushed, the drama delivered what it was supposed to deliver. Mid-way I lost hope and was gearing up for another Scarlet Heart Ryeo. But the heavens heard the viewers. So no complaints.
Except for this one, thats all I promise.
I got Seo Yul's face and all my issues are gone.

Floating water looks pretty!

With season 2 out, ig its time for me to write a review on why is think this drama is good and a depth review of unasked-for opinions and hidden desires I wished would have worked out in the drama.

My reason to watch:
Cause season 2 is out and I hate two titles with the same name in my watchlist.
Pretty valid reason IMO.

Reasons i stayed:
1. CGI
One of the best CGI for a kdrama. Except for the first fighting scene, others were delivered quite handsomely. I am a sucker for pretty things and the main reason I didn't watch it while it was being hyped up was this. I am grateful I didn't also. Marvel and Avatar set the bar high so there was no way I would have stayed if the CGI didn't live up to my expectations. Ngl, its not that bad if you consider all the factors of the budget and manpower. Even if it's not the best, it's good for what it's worth. The powerful spells they did also look solid and not paper stuck.

2. ML and FL and characters....
Ngl, the FL was one I couldn't wrap my head around. She was complex, both literally speaking and emotionally speaking. But I liked her. She was flexible in her surroundings. As the drama went on, I accepted her. But the ML...
Man, he was one of the few men, I would lay done to die for. My man was sunshine. He went through the most shit. Everyone keeps saying Naksu had a tough childhood but from the way I see it, my man suffered more. I know that one cannot compare suffering but can't you see?
A child born from potential rape to a dead mother and a grief-filled father for his magic, the only thing he cared about, to be sealed away. The only person who ever did something for him and who he was willing to give up magic for, to stab him with betrayal for a reason he doesn't know and for the same person to be in front of him, yet he doesn't know. It breaks my heart.

Another fun thing about this drama is the characters. Unlike other dramas where you can't decide whether you hate a character or like a character, this drama deprives you of that mental tension and gives you a scale where 0 and 10 are the only option where 0 is "i hope you disappear" and 10 is "I hope I cant meet you irl so I can come to your fan sign meeting". However, there are still dumb people like the Crown Prince. You will understand why I said his name when you see the drama.

3. Romance
An aspect of respect for the Hong sisters, I am truly mind-blown. The subtle romance that was so open yet so perfectly hidden between the trust and the hugs of happiness was something I cannot understand how it works. I loved the fact that they respected the fact that Naksu is an assassin and doesn't know much about romance yet understood it slowly without showing that she was clueless. Also, the fact that the trope of 'cute ML breaks cold assassin FL's wall and falls in love' wasn't given here. Both of them improved gradually through endless trust and intense tension.
My only regret: more kisses.
Dw, season 2 provides.

4. Seo Yul
The dude is my type. Not entirely but aw, look at him. He looked like an autumn sleep from which I hope I never wake up.

5. To see Jin Mu's ass kicked
Though this one is an unfilled desire, I saw the entire drama for Jin Mu's dead body to be floating down the river. I don't regret saying that. I wonder why he lived so long though. It kinda makes me believe that "Cruel ppl live longer." Eww...

6. Adult Romance
No snu-snu but literally adult romance. Park Jin and Kim Do Ju have my heart as the best couple. Like i would die for Jang Uk and Naksu but these ppl. They my bros, my hoes, and the thing getting me through the lows (i.e. seeing Jin Mu's face)

Some piss-offs:
1. No kick-ass scenes of Naksu
The oh-so-famed assassin Naksu was a damsel in distress till 4 mins before the ending and in the last 4 mins, she kicked ass and cutthroats but of the wrong ppl and in the wrong way. I really hoped for a fighting scene and I thought I got one in EP 18 but no, instead Uk lost his. Pissed me off but I thought 'sacrifice for a better ending'.

2. Someone to slap Mama Jin's face
She is someone I don't care about and will never will but gwad, she is annoying. Entire drama, she was going on and on about her dead daughter and forgetting she had another daughter. The part where she acted like she was the boss wasnt the problem but the times she disregarded people for her first-born, even her second-born was ignored, pissed me off. I, who is the eldest in my fam, felt it was too much.

3. Uk's Dad
Useless mf who just wasted time. He was worthless and took time on-screen which could have been useful for the actual plot. During the entire drama, he was dead. And comes backs to die. LOL.
Who gives their body to anyone, bruh? I wouldnt give my body to anyone, Not even the king.

My opinions:
The drama on the whole was a masterpiece with plot twists in every ending. I don't know how ppl watched 20 eps while airing. I would have lost my mind. Season 2 itself was so hard to watch by waiting. I wanted to kill myself and reincarnate later to see if it had finished. But still, the effort proved that wait.
Though the drama was fire, there were some things that seemed unnecessary like the existence of Uk's father. Should have been dead. It's not like he had anything to do.

Actors:
A controversial topic i approach. The topic: GYJ or JSM for FL.
My answer: Both.
I loved it. I loved how JSM played her as Mu-doek and when it was time for her face to go, GYJ played her. JSM acted in so many dramas before so it was evident in her acting itself that she was a better actress but GYJ did so well as a first-time main actress. JSM showed many emotions even with a cold face of an assassin which GYJ wouldn't have been able to do it if she acted as Mu-doek but at the same time, JSM couldn't have pulled Bu-yoen when we all remember her as Mu-doek. Both of them have their pros and cons both of them did so good.
The male character, i think, were just born looking so handsome. Like how bro. I fell pretty hard for ML. lol
All of the characters had equal importance, except ML's dad, and fit the drama perfectly.
Hands down for this drama for best acting.

Hence in conclusion,
The show was good and music was top-notch. I would def recommend and i hope everyone watched it.

Lies that Killed People

On October 2014, amid much controversy and public scrutiny, the Busan International Film Festival held the premiere of The Truth Shall Not Sink with Sewol, or Diving Bell. The 77-minute film attacks of South Korean society via a close examination of a single catastrophe.

Sang Ho Lee and Hae Ryong Ahn’s Diving Bell unearthed the South Korean government’s incompetency in dealing with the disaster, as well as the corruption of the media. The film comprises mostly news footage, voice overs, and interviews conducted and collected by the journalist Lee during the crisis.

The footage speak for itself in revealing how media outlets colluded with the government in releasing false information to conceal the gravity of the disaster. The film was revelatory in showing how corruption and capitalist greed has rooted itself in South Korean society. It is also a condemnation of the press’s complacency in regard to government manipulation.

As the people of South Korea fell back into the comfortable cycle of their daily lives, the vicious cycle of lies, broken promises, and inept leadership began again. Diving Bell provided a stark reminder that as a nation which claims democracy, it is the government’s duty to protect its people. However, it is also the responsibility of the people to hold the nation’s leaders accountable.

Throughout South Korea’s 5,000 years of history, the people have endured constant invasion, internal conflict, and corruption. Yet the nation continues to exist because of the minority that deeply understands the urgent need for change.

This film represented the voice of the minority that comprehended that the ferry tragedy was not the first time that the South Korean government has failed to perform its most basic duty. Diving Bell warned that the Sewol Ferry disaster will happen again if the nation continues to turn a blind eye to the government’s perpetual violation of basic human rights.

As the documentary uncovers, you can feel yourself feel disgusted, sad and angry with no way to convey these emotions. The same emotions felt by the people on board the ship and their loved ones who didnt know what to do. The raw footage makes you wonder where is it going wrong cause everything is just wrong but you cant figure out to make it right. This documentary shows how low people can go. Makes you wonder for what they did so. For power? For honour? For money? For fame? The list just gets long while the dead are still dead. The movie shows how 304 missing goes to 304 dead.

As a grade 11 student writing this, I fail to comprehend how 250+ kids the same age as me only get to live till that age only because of the greed of adults that they never even knew. Flawed is the way of how it was handled. Everything from beginning to the end. But still no one is to blame. I cried and it took me long to finish this documentary. I will recommend this to you no matter what cause this is what the world is come to. We need to know how our same actions affect a larger crowd.

Literal Soulmates

Might i start by saying that it was a wonderful story. The plot, which sounds absurd, actually is pretty nice giving to the logic of soulmates getting connected. It's actually pretty sweet to think that everyone has someone and by miracle, u might be able to meet them or even better, be connected by brainwaves.
Things I liked in the story:
I think if u know someone well enough, you might be able to love them truly or hate them truly. The plot of this story truly revolved around this. Both of the leads understood each other so they were able to value each other throughout.
Another part of the story I really liked was understanding a relationship is toxic without blaming others for your pains. The FL understood this before things went out of hand. Better late than never.
The cast was beautiful. The leads were the only characters shown and the other characters were almost non-existent which is actually a good thing for a low-budget and fast-paced movie. There weren't many actors and everything went smoothly. I have seen ZYR in Our Shiny Days and she didn't fall short of my expectation. It was my first time seeing Patrick but damn, that man is good. Honestly turning into a fan.
The only flaw of the movie was it was too fast. Or very smoothly should i say? The movie did have alot of unnecessary things that it wasted time on hence making the real part less timed out. Tbh, his friend was totally unnecessary. He was there and he died uselessly. Okay so as if this was some emotional value to give for a character that existed for 5 secs in words. If that time was given, somehow, to make the romance more valid and show us some sweet moments, the movie would have rounded up nice and clean.
Overall, rewatch value 10 cause its a good romance movie considering sad ones fill the internet. Finding a rom movie with a happy ending is like finding gold. At least, it ended good.

MaKe SoMe NoIsEeEeEeE! FoR MaMaMoOoO!!

"Where are we now?" is the documentary's name but also the name of their album 'WAW- Where are we now. This documentary consists of 4 episodes with the fourth episode being the longest and the heartfelt one. Each episode talks about each member and a worry or ordeal that happens during their time together.

Episode 1: Rising and Setting of the Sun
This episode talks about their period of time during pre-debut and showcases Kim Yong-sun or by her stage name SOLAR in detail. She talks about her failures (which by the way was somehow very motivating) and despite her failures, she has come so far. She tells her responsibility of being a leader and being the oldest and how she wants to protect them.

Episode 2: Thorn Bearing Flower
The name of the episode is just perfect. This episode talks about their first song and how much they practiced for it and showcases Ahn Hye-jin or by stage name HWASA. She is the youngest but her talent doesn't lack. She talks about how it was hard at first cause of her sex appeal and the people trying to fit her in their beauty standards. She eventually finds a way to talk about these issues and how they shaped her.

Episode 3: Wind
You cant hold wind and that's Jung Whee-in or Wheeinee, with love. She is, in my opinion, the one with the wind and sky. She is very talented but she isn't the type to show it. She talks about how she has come so far and her personality. She tells the members are so close to each other that eye contact is enough to speak. She tells that now happiness is what keeps them going. The episode also showcases their first concert and everyone's emotions regarding others.

Episode 4: The star at its place
The thing about this episode is that this one is the hardest to watch. Not cause it is long but the fact that this is the deepest. We have Moon Byul-Yi showcased and even though she is the girl crush of the group, she is the one that wears her heart on her sleeves. She is the simplest. There is a trip and a lot of crying and opening up. But in the end, it was all good.

The main cast is Mamamoo but the real stars of the show were the people who were beside them. Lee Hyori started the documentary and also ended it. Rainbow World Bridge, their company, and its officials were ever more the most helpful. They talked about every member like they were their guardian, which ofc they are, but you get what i mean. There is also a cameo of Baek Ji Young in Ep 2.

Throughout the whole documentary, I felt like I could learn many things from these 4 girls. I am still young but i really look up to them. I can't personally relate to any one member as a whole but their moments, though tiny, I could relate to.It was a nice short journey. Especially when you love Mamamoo.

Signing off,
A MooMoo.

SOMEONE SAVE ME FROM THIS CRINGE!!

WARNING: THE EMBARRASSMENT LEVEL IN THIS MOVIE IS SECOND TO NONE!

Before we get into details, let me tell you a single thing: This movie is worth it. It will surely deliver that good laugh and for viewers that notice same details, i promise you that you shall not be disappointed.

My story: I watched it on impulse. i saw it on my recs in Netflix and thought why not? Who knew i would be so invested in 15 mins.

The starting of the movie is quite hard to process but then things fix after the time slip (which comes in the first 3 mins so isnt a spoiler). Then things start to pick up speed. Slapstick was the language spoken and comedy was the language understood. Our ML and FL was *chef's kiss* but lets not forget the side heroes. MY DEAR GAWD. The situation was embarrassing but realistic and dumb. But what caught me was the ending. Unlike normal movies, this movie has a "rich happy ending" lets say?

Our ML and FL was great all thanks to KHN and HHJ which we kinda expected so i am not getting into it cause yall know. But the star of the show was LKS. My guy literally was mood throughout the show. CSB was me. Genuinely connected with her the whole show and we have the same taste in men too. I mean, come on, OSH was hot af. Silent but deadly, ever heard? The bandits turned pirates and pirates was band to be made in heaven. This stellar cast movie as far as i am concerned was BOOTIFUL.

This movie does however come close to Pirates of the Caribbean but not the same vibe. POTC is and always will be better since they got (drunk) Johnny Depp. The reason The Pirates: TLRT and POTC are almost close is because, again let me highlight, of their endings. POTC set the cliché but TP: TLRT set a different tone.

Why dont you guys try it? I bet a piece of eight you will love it!
