I would say it isn't strong, since it leans more towards the comedy aspect, since the FL always breaks them apart and the feelings aren't strong. Basically the plot is kinda pulling them together, but it is quick to disappear :)

Trust me, as a love triangle hater I loved this drama, so that tells a lot ~

It is definitely a zombie drama, since they are dealing with mutating cells and post-mortem revival.
