I dislike "break up" too...but i didn't find it annoying here. They were never dating....it wasn't as emotionally…
This is a really good comment, I liked it. What the writers doesn't realize though the "Link" is a double edge sword here. He is supposed to feel what she is feeling but they are being selective about what emotions he feels . We all know he is trying to push her away even he likes her 100% but he is not doing a great job with the whole stalker thing. I understand the feelings. The problem isn't the reason, it's the execution. Writing definitely needs some upgrade from the trope. There still 6 episodes left so maybe they will try something different.
I like this drama too but some of y'all really going go pretend you don't understand why people don't like it?…
Were you the one who commented you don't understand why people dislike it? No because you don't care whether they like it or not, right? Therefore, you didn't leave that comment. The original commenter however, did leave a similar comment by sayingvdidn't understand why people found the show draggy from the get go when the dragging in their eyes are laying foundation. They know it's a preference and they know why people didn't like it which is why I asked why they are pretending they don't know (they themselves listed what those who dislike it may not like). In the end, they do know why people found the show dragging, they are just making a careless comment. One of those, "I don't understand BUT I actually do."
Good points Cofi and you make well founded arguments. However, you are asking questions you don't want an answer too. Like you said in the beginning, you don't want to understand why people don't like it therefore, it's safe to assume, the answer doesn't matter. I hope you don't find my comment offensive. Thank you for your input :)

He is clear he doesn't want emotional attachments, you are correct in that assessment. However, his actions isn't. He knows she developing feelings for him after the first warning but he cooks her food, he tells her he feels her emotions, he comforts her, he is always there for her when she needs him even when she is not in danger. He set a verbal boundary but not a action boundary. If you like someone, any actions that seem sweet only leads to more feelings
Now he even kiss her so if "distanced" again, you can't say he is being clear anymore. They are playing it off by adding more reasons on why he does it but it's overdone. Like I said, they could have done it differently. Doing it like this will only be boring. I don't need to see the same scene but in different versions lol

You don't know where you were pretending? You started with "I don't understand how people think it's draggy." 9 episods are already out by the time you wrote this comments. "What I was pointing out was people saying it’s “draggy” and proceeded to explain why it’s not draggy for me. " Read this carefully. You didn't ask these people they thought it was draggy so you processed to make a comment ABOUT THEM to invalidate their opinion and somehow I need to get off my high horse?
You know, you don't need to explain the drama to me. I watched it and I don't mind the fact the series went in circles either.
I find it ironic when someone who skips a drama here and there insists why a drama is good. A good drama won't…
You saw people complainabout the series and you want to counter their claims by bringing their points while admitting you skip here and there. You won't realize how hypocritical your comemnt came across. I guess you realized how it came across that's why you left I'm being condescending when I merely pointed out the irony of it.

Seems like my comment doubled yikes.
That's why I called it an unofficial break up. Because they are not dating. And no, their reasons aren't "reasonable" if it keeps happening over and over again. "I'm going to string you along so many times and then tell you stop having feelings for me by pushing you away just to string along again and push you away." It makes the relationship toxic and narcissistic. The writers could have chosen a different approach by delaying her confession and by making the male lead wilfully pretend he doesn't notice it so they won't overplay push and pull tactic. It's done once? I can overlook. Twice? I'll pass it. Thrice, quad, quint? You iust wearing rose tinted glasses to lie that's it not overdone.
When will Disney make their K-Dramas available in the US?Until they do, I'm not renewing my subscription.
Disney... I don't know why they holding ownership of some drama yet not make it avaliable in all countries. It seems counterproductive of what they are aiming to do. Either way, it's best not to renew your subscription. It's becoming more political and they are super shady. They hire sex offenders and seem to have some messed up stuf in their history. Consider it for the better.
Please! When the friend found out what happened to Fridge guy and realized how messed up everyone are, that made me giggle. A normal guy is stuck among crazy people but is slowly accepting it lol
Am I the only one who finds the romance lukewarm? One of the tropes that I dislike is "breakup" and this series have many unofficial break up. I better not see after this kiss scene, the characters go "Let's put some distance." Enough is enough.

I don’t understand people saying this drama is “draggy” from the get go…are you sure you know the drama…
I like this drama too but some of y'all really going go pretend you don't understand why people don't like it? Lol Do you not see the repetition in these past 8 episodes? Do you not see the fact they are using the same pull and push tactic over and over again? In the relationship? In the PLOT? It's not the mystery unfolding that people don't like, it's the way they are developing it to that point. How many times have the female lead went to the police station to turn herself in but never did? Over 4 times. How many times have the male lead asked the female lead to keep distance but ran to her rescue and it repeats over and over again? Over 4 times. How many times have the characters avoided telling each other the truth and then after it's over, they tell each other? Over 4 times. For you it might be a ongoing gag or some sort of complexity but to others it's beating a dead horse. Yes, this drama have some good moments but it also have some bad.
"I regret it starting too late." I disown you LOL shows like this is better to start late so you can get the whole…
True. I have so many in eternal on hold. I wanted to finish them but now, it's been forever since I seen them.
Sometimes yes and no. With Mouse, I didn't mind it because you find out midway half of the mystery but some dramas wait until the very end to reveal. Thoses are just frustrating especially if the comments guessed it right lol
