Yeah baijue was totally surprised since he didn't expect that attack from wuhuan, and tianqi said even the ancient God couldn't save houchi even if he was there. It's a good thing gujun was there to save the day ^^

Houchi was the body created by baijue's power after shanggu died and he took thousands of years to gather all of her spirits to create houchi. Houchi would surely died when wuhuan severed her spiritual vein, while shanggu wouldn't wake up since gu jun has a part of her God vein, and baijue was just as surprised since he didn't know gu jun has a part of her power all along. In summary, houchi would died and shanggu would not wake up but the baby will survive since he has god vein that's my conclusion. So gu jun sacrifice is necessary for shanggu to wake up. Baijue used his power to gather gu Jun's spirits and create a body for gu jun like he did for shanggu I think.

Where do get this airing date?

The game focus is on team work and strategies. It doesn't focus on one single player and how good they're at executing a move. Also I heard the game was supposed to be play on a mobile and not on a computer. I think it has to do with a controversy with the novel as a result the game was changed to a different game from the novel. The drama was adapted to play a game that was only play on a mobile so they have to improvise correct me if I'm wrong.

Yeah I know what you mean, that's why I always said the 16 episodes are the prologue since it wasn't in the novel. It was meant to explain what happened before the novel started. Those who watched only to ep 10 don't even watch the show, so it's they loss. I watched this drama to the finished and just appreciate so much the beginning, any way I hope you give this drama a chance it's totally worth it ^^

No it's meant lots of people like dramas for different things. The dramas you like might not be what I like and I would rate them lower. This drama is about gamers and their passion for the game, and it's an easy watch with no toxic relationships between two likable couples. Plus I like most of the characters in the show, not understanding what that has to do with your opinion. Your opinion does not reflect the majority. Don't like don't watch is my opinion lol.

I wouldn't say it has nothing to do with the original novel since I felt it explains what happened in the god realm and also explains how everything started. It could be boring for some, but I love it, this is how to tell a good story by introducing all the major characters and making you care for them ^^

Easy it's a lighthearted drama with two likable couples. I also like the topic about team work and cyber bullying...

That's your choice. I consider this beats aol and tmopb. Also the first 16 episodes are just the prologue, and are necessary for characters development. The beginning were kind of boring for some but after watching the whole drama you will appreciate them for what they're as the starting point for most of the main characters...

How come I don't see it on Viki?

After two years this drama still gives me so much feeling,and I still go back to listen to the music and even watching some short scenes still get me engage. I think this drama could be improve by adding an extended ending or even another ep, otherwise I would say the 49 eps is just perfect not too long that it dragged and not too short that we're left confused like some dramas tend to do in the final eps.
