I didnt like how they made fl so dependent on 2nd ml, that why i didnt like this couple very much, even if he was nice to her. Why do they have to dumb fl and turn her into a damsel in distress just to make him stand out anyway, I find the love triangle unnecessary, if they were to add one, would rather it be with lixuan and long weier, at least long weier can realize her goal without being dependent on a guy.

I actually like his short hair, at first it does look bad but after a while i stop noticing it and think he looks really cute with short hair. Xukai could wear any hairstyles lol, also i think it was his real hair. Xukai and wu jia yi both portray 2 very young people with huge responsibility, i think they did well with the script they were given. From my understanding this show should have 60 eps but got cut down to 28, lixuan important to the story was kind of gotten taken out so it feels incomplete, synopsis said he would save both human and kunwu clans but the show just ended with a happy ending for everyone, and doesnt address the relation between kunwu and human clans at all.

Both show has jealous male lead and happy ending. Wu jia yi only support role in ama, but her character is much more interesting compare to her character in dance of the sky empire.

In my opinion fl and ml are not trap. They chose to stay there. Lixuan loss both his parents and found out his master killed his mother so i think it was too painful for him to live in the human world. Ml took fl to the secret realm so the owner of the book of heaven could heal her, so if they stay there they would live forever, but if they leave they will age like normal human. Dont understand why some people would think su yu lian would die if she leave there, the old guy is much more powerful than the healer from the kunwu clan, so he could easily heal su yu lian, and lixuan also promises the old man to bring su yu lian to see him again.

This page is so quiet, is anyone else watching this. Im just going to write something i like about this show. I love the op/ed songs and osts very fitting to the characters and show. This is basically a love story, both main couple and secondary couple are cute, if people just like romance then i would recomend, it's short so the plot is very basic, not too details. It has a happy ending, some people are confuse about ending, so im going to write my opinion about ending under spoiler.

Are we watching the same show, fl might be restricted from showing her true feeling, but each time she with him she would get distracted like when she went to his bedroom to get the token, she forgot what she went there for a moment and just watches him, showing her feeling for him even then...I think she realizes her feeling for him after they fought that monster in ep 6 and 7 before she meet prince mu for a second time, prince mu never had a chance. For su yu lian she is committed to one guy so she never notice prince mu's feeling for her. I love the main leads cause of their commitment to each other even if i get frustrated with their problem that could've been solve easily if they would communicate.

If you like the main lead in this drama, xukai and wu jia yi they also star in arsenal military academy, also legend is a good one as well starring xukai and bailu.

I wrote on top my frustration toward fl cause of her lack of communication. I would think ml could have help her if she has told him her real identity cause he was sympathetic toward the kunwu clan at first? Even after they got married and came back to the human realm, she still kept secret from him OMG. Even though i complaint about this show, i still like it enough to watch many times lol, and i love the main couple. Lixuan is the type of personality i like outgoing and lively, so i feel he would match with both girls, both of them are similar in that they each have a goal to follow, and they both are attracted to him cause of his personality. Prince mu is kind of quiet and keep to himself, so i dont think he match with su yulian, girl is clueless, it took ml a while to make her realizes his feeling for her, he even declares his feeling for her to the whole school, that is the kind of thing girl likes...I dont think she realizes prince mu has feeling for her though, otherwise she wouldnt have use him like that. Imagine long weier and prince mu though, they match better in my opinion than prince mu with su yulian.

The synopsis probably from the novel, long weier and lixuan seem to be more important in the novel, but her story line was introduce so late in the drama. I find her so interesting, a girl dresses up like a guy in order to survive in the court, and the fact she was able to accomplish her goal is much better story line than prince mu helping fl making fl so weak and helpless. I could take naive and innocent fl, but i cant accept what they did to the fl, turning her into a user. It was suppose fl accomplishing her mission of freeing the dragon emperor, all the credits should go to her, instead she bacame dependent on prince mu and as a result we dont feel that sense of accomplishment, not her fault i blame the script writer.

I think what this show did well was the love story of main leads, from hating on each other at the start to falling in love. For ml he started noticing her after he saw her dancing, and was reminded of the little girl he met from childhood, and gradually start to fall for her soon after. For the fl, she started noticing him after she kisses him i think. Also it feels like young love, both of them are very innocent, they both match really well, the ml becomes much more mature too after he started falling for her, he made lots of sacrifices for her. It kind of like first love, ml was so devoted, he might be a delinquent, but underneath it all he was a really good guy. I have a much harder time believing prince mu feeling for fl, they met once, the second time he already showing he has feeling for her, just not realistic in my opinion fl does not have a face for love at first sight either.

I think he was more worry about being find alone with a girl in a closet by his master lol. He was wondering why she went there and told his friend about it, i think it was too early to doubt her since even his friend didnt think much of it, and told him it was because he was given special treatment by his master... The title was force on him, ml wants to leave the city to find his mother whereabout, but he was being force to stay. At first i thought the old guy was using him making him guard his uncle to fight with the kunlu clan, his mother's people...then later i realize he gave him the token to make up for killing his mother, i think the master care a lot about him cause having that token and having that title afforded him lots of of privileges he wouldnt have gotten otherwise.

He was able to distract her each time lol. I felt the main guy was really smart, the fl was trying to get the token from him, but always gotten distracted by him so i think he did it purposely. Although i do feel the plot was dumb down, just to focuses on the love story of the ml and fl. I heard this was adapted from the novel, the novel focuses on ml rather than fl, so i think if they have follow the novel and focuses on ml, it would have been much more interesting cause of his back story compare to fl mission of stealing the token, which takes forever wasting so much time.

I heard this drama was cut short from 60 to 28 eps, so the talk between uncle and nephew was cut probably.

I think he did realize ml was his nephew that why he stop himself from killing them...Also his decision to leave and not exact revenge as he originally intended was due to lixuan was half human half kunwu.

I like this drama, but the fl makes me so frustrated...Things could have been so different if she could trust the guy she loves, why doesnt she just tell him about her situation, he was sympathetic to the kunwu clan from the start, he didnt believe the teacher when he was teaching everyone the kunwu clan was bullying the human. If only she gives him a chance; he was suspicious of her but still choose to trust her over long weier, but she couldnt do the same. She would trust a stranger she met like 2x to help her, and tell him everything about herself, but refuse to tell ml anything. He was totally crazy in love with her, she could have use that to her advantage but no she would rather plans with another guy to hurt the guy she love. Just bad writing also to make the second male lead stand out, they dumb down the fl and turn her into a damsel in distress, when she was capable to fight against three people at the same time, yet she couldnt fight against the ml bodyguard, or when she has so much time to escape but just stand there to be discover by lord zi just so prince mu can come to the rescue lol.
