And because American's series have endless seasons when in Kdramas most of the time in more or less 16 episode it is done.

+ I think in American's series it is more the story carrying the characters when I feel like in Kdramas it is the contrary and I have a preference for Characters carrying the story than the other way around. I can totally watch a cliché story if the characters are well done and where there are character improvement.

(Is it a spoil ? If yes tell me I will hide it ! )

Do you think The guest will have a second season ? I am asking because I really think it is one of the rare dramas where a season 2 would be totally good... And saw on youtube a poll on ocn account about which OCN's dramas would deserve the most a second season and I saw The Guest in it. Someone as concret news about a potential second season for the Guest ?

To me the ending is not really bad it is just I was expecting something else, at least it is an happy ending (I really was scared to see a sad ending where fate always wins).

It is nice if you only care for the romance but to me others's characters life was really intriguing and I was awaiting HJ and GH helping ex-resetters's life... for example the gangster with his sister. And they could have done that with an hint they are in couple that would have been sweet ^^

Just a few seconds for each of them would have been nice to see you know like how we saw Lee Shin and her daughter together it was short but we understood how she lives her life.

It's nice to see Hyung Joo and Ga Hyun meeting again but I was kind of sad we didn't see the others reseters, how are their lifes in the new timeline ?

Honestly this end feels rushed to me... Like the first half was good when we are surprise the professor was the one killing the little child reset after reset it was a good revelation.

But the second half... even the final fight between HJ and SH was off. I think I didn't believe it because the previous episode clearly showed that SH was caring about HJ and even tried to spare him. He even cried when he thought he killed HJ so why now the idea to kill HJ is so easy for him ? Because the professor told him he succeeded to kill HJ without hesitation in past timelines ? It it the only moment I was dissapointed with the character's development in this drama. It shows how the previous episode was useless to see... I think it would have been more interesting to see the serial killer backstab the professor, I would have paid to see the final's face of the professor in his final moment.


+ I thought Lee Shin would be clever and not wait the final moment to help them, I was dissapointed because there was some character's development to show... ! How can she still side with the professor after knowing the thruth ?? And okay she helped them but really the last second lol And when she saw the cop at the end and smile because she see fate can be changed was really innapropriate to see. I MEAN A PERSON DIED !! THE COP HAS SUFFERED SO MUCH STOP HURTING HIM ._.

To me it should have been the other way around between Hyung Joo and Ga Hyun, I still feel like the lady was so great to see in character's development when the cop has all those shitty, sad, twisted, horrible, effraying memories...

And just about fives-six minutes to see how it wraps up : One minute to arrest the professor, one minute to arrest SH and the rest to see HJ and GH staring blankly each other... What about the others >_<

Sorry I am really frustrated, the ending is not so bad but just it feels really rushed I am kind of disspointed because the drama is really really good !

It is more like a mind 's traumatism producted all of this. Serial killer in Kdramas tend to be like that. It reminds me of Tunnel's drama because we all thought there were reasons behind the serial killer's behaviors (because it was about time travelling too) but in fact it was because of a childhood's trauma so it wasn't a sane motivation too.

But at the same time I can see what is the motivation if Sun Ho had just been promoted and this kind of accident happened, I think in others circumstances
he wouldn't have turned into a killer... Sometimes a moment in your life can change everything.

I still have hope at least Sun Ho will try to save Hyung Joo at the end because their bromance was real and now he knows HJ reset to save his ass. Or I would like to see SH reset after HJ's death but this time it is his turns to do things right and confess his crimes.

But if in the last episode SH tries to save his ass I would be quite dissapointed...

I hope so too but againI have a feeling the ending will be kind of sad not actually just happy or just sad but a bittersweet ending : / I don't know if I will be happy with it, at least I hope it will not be a frustrating ending...

Yes in another timeline, I have faith this ending is bringing happiness ! ^^

What would be beautiful and it is something I would like to see but I don't think it will happens :

Hyung Joo die in front of Ga Hyun and Sun Ho. Ga Hyun and sun Ho will reset but this time Sun Ho will be the one hugging Hyung Jo because he is happy to see him alive and then will confess his crimes.
Ga Hyung will be here this time for Hyung Joo to overcome the pain. And Hyung Joo will perhaps lost his memory about the past timelines but he will also forget the most painful ones so I think it is not so bad...

My favorites's moments in the last episode :

1. When Hyung Joo punched sun Ho it was so good to see !
2. When HJ revealed his reason to go back in time; he throws this revelation in front of Sun Ho. Sun Ho knew at this moment he fucked up and lost the most cute and reliable partner of his life !!
3. The bromance was REAL !!! The way SH was worried when he thought he killed HJ relieve me. It shows his relations was not faked and I am so glad it turns out like that.

Now the things I don't really like or more I don't really know what to think about it :

The professor wants to take the serial killer with him in the reset... I was kinda happy how the relation between HJ and SH was ending so I think it is a bad idea if the story take another path where the serial killer continues to kill like he wants.

Even more if he try to kill HJ for real this time because that would means everything we saw this episode was useless.

I kinda hope I am judging too fast and perhaps SH has others schemes; who knows perhaps the writer wants us to think he is dangerous when he will perhaps try to do things rights this time. I am still shipping HJ and SH so that would be pretty fun if this time SH wants to help HJ and die instead of him.

There is something that is bothering me too : I think fate didn't change. HJ, GH and SH will still die. Lee Shin lied already a lot on many things so that wouldn't surprised me if she lied about how they are dying exactly. Because if not I can't understand how they knew about the motorbike's guy.

My crazy theory is that Maru is the trigger of the reset ( Yes I sound crazy I know but who knows with this drama )

That was kinda odd how in the last episode we saw Lee Shin's past but when she entered the Tunnel we didn't see what happened but I am sure it is important. What happened when a person who is desperate is driving ? An Accident.

Remember how she told she discovered accidentally the reset I didn't understood at first. My first idea was that she was the one dying during the year and when she dies the reset happens... And that would make her trapped into a time loop. However I don't think it is the case now.

I thought too it was perhaps the mysterious professor who was resetting each year. I am still suspicious about the old man but I am thinking too about the delivery's man because we saw in SH's collection that there aren't any item from him so I don't think he killed him. And that would surprised me if LH took him even if he wasn't a victim or if she took him by accident confusing him with the other delivery man killed 7 months later. I don't believe his twin's story too. So my conclusion was she killed someone accidentally but I find it hard to believe the professor would works with her if she ran over him by accident lol.

Then something was bothering me : The first episode when Haru recognized HJ and why LS clarifies that only memory was travelling back in time. The dog was in the reset too. Okay dog can be attracted by good people but at the shop the dog clearly put down his paw in HJ's hand; GH was surprised too because I think she didn't teach her dog to do that.

So what if LS ran over the dog in the first timeline when everyone was dead and discovered the reset ?

Hidden killer was a foreshadowing so I am hoping the pen's name too is an hint. "

But in the first episode we saw them falling from a cliff so this theory is not right but I have still doubts. There was not limousine's driver, the limousine was driving by itself. But what if what we saw with the cliff was a lie ? I don't know and it shows how the drama is so good but I am really not prepared if the drama takes a bittersweet ending's route...

Yes, you guessed it right ! ^^ Basically I love stories involving detectives, serial killer, friendships-bromance-sistermance , a bit of romance why not but I don't like when there is too much romance + if there are surnatural, science fictions stuffs and a bit of comedy I am totally in. Especially if the drama makes me think and where I can make theories with others.

Did you watch " The Guest " too ? It is a great drama in my opinion.

You have a good point about GH's evolution and I agree totally about how it would be more painful for HJ to keep his memories honeslty.

+ You know from the start HJ wanted GH's autograph and she still doesn't give him even if she signed SH's book and HJ was grumpy . So I am really awaiting the moment when GH will reset and when she will see the cop, she will hug him and give him her autograph right away. That would be kind of sweet. I found her quite cold with him when they met so I think after all he does for her and others he deserves at least an autograph...

I didn't saw the japanese's version but I read the ending was really sad and I don't want that kind of ending for 365...

Did you see my theory about Maru ? I think the dog did reset too, that would explain why welcomed GH when he saw her, why he recognized HJ and give his paw and why he was trying to escape GH's home at first because he wanted to return to HJ's home : he was used to live with him. And why LS insisted on the memory's explanation.

Some months ago I watched a drama where the MC was at first admired by the serial killer because of a misunderstanding and it was kind of funny at first especially because the MC was the only one to not be cold with the serial killer (he talked to him like a buddy ) and there was some kind of bromance between them that was so sweet.

But in the end, even if I was hoping the serial killer would change for the MC, he didn't change and tried to kill him... It is a shame really because the ending could have been more interesting ...

I hope 365 : repeat the year will be different...So far the drama is dazzling !

Yes it crushs my heart when HJ knew the truth but at least it was GH who told him I really was scared that SH would kill him and would tell him in his final moment " You save me you fool but I am your end " or something like that.
But I must say the actors are so good, I am really liking the scene when HJ said " But SH is a cop it can't be him " and GH answered " HJ the serial killer is a cop ". and SH said " I mean even if all the cops are potential suspects it can't be SH" and he tried to smile to turn the mood into a joke but smile ends up sad because he knew deep down that his best friend was a murderer...
I like all the characters but I particulary like HJ because he always try to help everyone, he is caring about others, funny and sweet. So this episode particulary crushs my heart. He even saved or tried to save people who didn't believe in him previously.

I think SH suspects his death in the past timeline but I am still wondering if he suspects that HJ saved his ass ? When HJ thanked him for one second he seemed like he felt culpabity but I am not sure.
Lee Shin forgot something important : in this timeline HJ saved SH, okay it was because of that that SH killed the others but I am hoping it will be thanks to that that SH will doubt himself when he will try to kill the cop.

But I think HJ will die, he will somehow takes GH's place. Or perhaps if SH can't kill HJ he will try to kill GH but HJ will protect her and died at her place. Not sure but that is how I think the next episode will happens because of the staging of some scene and some sentences from the character ( GH : " I am afraid to die but it is worse to see someone else dying in front of me " -so I think she will see the cop dying in front of her-, GH : If you want to reset you must be alive HJ : " of course because we will catch the culprit ! "). But what you said is also true that's why I love this drama we cannot predict 100% sure what will happen and always the drama surprise us.

But the question is : Even if SH learns that HJ indeed return in time to save his ass : can he feel culpability ? Or is he again the cliche of the cold serial killer who doesn't feel anything...(I would be really dissapointed if this is the last one...)

Yes I think too that there is no need of romance I'm the kind of person who prefer short moments of romance in the background than all over the story... + I don't get why people are just onto romance when they are also others beautiful relationships between a woman and a man like friendships or kind of brother-sister relationships.

I misunderstood with the name of the tumor guy, my brain plays with me af x) Sorry my bad but that would have been great if Lee Shin would have lied about the cop's death ! But I still think the cop will die instead of the writer and she will reset. I just hope the end will not be bittersweet like for example fate can't be changed but writer will reset again and again trying to save the cop but fail I would be so sad :/

In the original timelines Sun Ho was arrested by Ji Hyung Jo but I am wondering if now the detective will not try something else because he knows he si fated to arrest him so I think he will perhaps take the blame to see if fate will change ? Afterall in this timeline he saves Sun Ho so perhaps we will see a change of heart about Sun Ho perhaps he wants to prove he isn't the only one who can arrest him (just a guess). "

The drama is so beautiful it is really nice to see it and hear it ! Yes the road I didn't saw it like that ! I think we will know how the reset really works, I think Lee Shin killed herself after her daughter's death and perhaps her death = reset. But I am still a bit suspicious about the old man I am wondering if he isn't more than a spy because at first I thought it was him who was resetting the year...We jump to conclusion and thought Lee shin was controlling it but what if it is someone else ?
