After suffering from delays, Private Investigator is moving forward again and has added Sung Dong-il (It’s Okay, It’s Love) to its cast. The movie will be directed by Kim Jung-hoon (Petty Romance), who actually wrote the script and won an award for the screenplay way back in 2006. Attached to the movie since April, lead Kwon Sang-woo (Temptation) will play a detective novel aficionado — when his friends get mixed up in a deadly crime, he’ll try to solve the mystery on his own. Filming finally begins next March 2015.

Actor Ahn Jae-Hyeon, actress Ku Hye-Sun and actor Ji Jin-Hee are all cast in upcoming KBS2 drama series BLOOD. This is the first lead male role for Ahn Jae-Hyeon who previously appeared as Jeon Ji-Hyeon's younger brother in SBS drama series "You Who Came From the Stars," main supporting character in SBS drama series "You're All Surrounded" and the primary villain in movie "Fashion King."

KBS2 drama series BLOOD is a fantasy-medical drama series that follows a vampire doctor as he struggles to treat terminally ill patients. Ahn Jae-Hyeon plays Park Ji-Sang, who must control his lust for blood as a vampire, while working as a doctor. He begins to care for his patients after meeting Yoo Ri-Ta played by Ku Hye-Sun. Ji Jin-Hee plays the director of the hospital. He appears gentle and a good person, but has a cruel personality.

After Yoo Yeon-seok passed on the drama because of his movie schedule (boo), the offer went to Jung Il-woo, who ultimately turned it down as well (double boooooo). And in a rather shocking move, newbie actor Ahn Jae-hyun (You’re All Surrounded, You From Another Star) is now in line to star.

A really nice Korean short, to be released on December 18, but already fansubbed by the ones loving actress Moon Chae Won and available on YouTube (links below).
I can't even begin to imagine the pain of being separated from your loved ones for political reasons and being kept apart by a mere border... The longing and irrational hope for being reunited are expressed through beautiful cinematography and music. Watch if you have time, I'd say it's more than worth the mere 30 min. needed...

Actor Jeong Il-woo is a likely candidate for the new KBS 2TV drama "Blood".
He's been offered the role and he's looking through the offer, says his management.
Jeong Il-woo's to-be role is Park Ji-sang, a vampire who uses his powers to save terminally ill patients.
Coming in following February, "Blood" is a fantasy medical drama about a vampire doctor. Yoo Yeon-seok was initially cast at first but he couldn't do it because of a scheduling conflict.
