I **think** we basically supposed to assume that Jin Seol Ran is essentially letting Naksu permanently inhabit the Jin Bu Yeon body while she stays in the other world to watch over everyone. She’s still there……. But not there….. so Naksu keeps the powers and the body 🤷🏻♀️

There are a lot of things in the finale to be happy about and I’m really happy everyone doesn’t have to be sad or stressed or in mourning but there is one central problem with this show that keeps it from being a 10 for me. And it could have really been maybe a 9.5 or 10. Will discuss once everyone’s watched and the elation has worn off lol
Did some anti’s downvote this /leave bad reviews because I was expecting this to be awful and instead it’s become one of the best Xianxia’s in a long time! I didn’t skip a single scene, no dragging, great romance, top tier ML & SML and extremely hot multi dimensional villain ……

The last straw for me was Uk contemplating doing his "duty" as a hunter to slay Naksu.I can tolerate plot holes…
I took that to mean that “Daeho” would demand that if it was ever known so neither of them can acknowledge it so that Uk is not put in that position with outside pressure. I hated the scene. It just took alllllll the climax out and felt like a terrible way to write it.

There are so so soooo many more good shows you can throw yourself into that will help you cope with /distract you from real life’s obstacles. The only way to get over the end of one is to start another! I can always give you rec’s!

I don’t want to judge how people express themselves but it’s a little concerning to me how some people are reacting. Hopefully it’s just hyperbole and being over dramatic otherwise I’m genuinely worried for some people who seem to not able to separate fiction/art from reality. I’ve gotten extremely attached to characters and cried for days in mourning when a show has ended but some of these comments today are genuinely overboard and worrying me for peoples mental stability 😣

He said that because it was the only way to get out of the assembly alive and Naksu knew he had to say it to get him out alive which is why she says it and he repeats it. It’s a whole escape strategy they are both in on to keep him alive and not giving up the ice stone.

He’s honestly amazing and beautiful and I love him in real life too! He’s super similar to Seo Yul in a very endearing way and seeing him with his real mom and how polite and sweet and well mannered he is I kind of fell in love with him as a real person. I thought he improved a lot in Part 2 and conveyed the nuances of his character so well.

And now they reveal that she gets married as her real real name “Cho Yeong” which is lovely but damn it would have been lovelier and more impactful if they didn’t release this in full like this. And this seems super likely to be before all hell breaks loose and definitely not after IE: this is not the ending so everybody brace yourselves!
