I understand what you said, I agree with you in those aspects. However, They are teenagers. this feelings are…
The jacket scene was relatively okay, but the scene in the gym was unusual for Japanese series like this. but I guess we’ll understand the nature of the production as it goes on. It’s still not an indication.
The series is strange and sometimes uncomfortable to watch. At this point, it’s unclear whether it’s simply a poorly made production or whether the production is intentionally romanticizing unpleasant things, like pushing someone to the absolute limit of their pain. If it had lasted a few seconds and then turned into a joke, I would understand, but he’s already screaming... and then there’s the thing with the jacket — the guy is going to suffer wearing that jacket. So maybe there’s a producer here who actually likes this whole idea of getting satisfaction from pain.
I do enjoy watching it to some extent, and it is entertaining, but those parts are uncomfortable to watch.
Thankfully, the madness of fixed couples is limited to Thailand (like Laurel and Hardy).
Are we talking about "Dangerously Sweet"? I think it’s a cute web series, but it feels more like a pilot than a proper TV series, which usually has higher production quality. I think he’s gorgeous but in his new TV series his acting seems weaker, maybe because he doesn’t have the same chemistry with his new co-star. It’s hard to tell, though, because there’s only been one episode.
When are the bl series going to stop making ml as cringe, just make any scene funny or comical it doesn't mean…
I agree that in some shows it’s exaggerated, but don’t forget there’s more variety than there used to be. Some are like that and some aren’t. This one is, for example, but I think other shows are less so. It also depends a lot on how exaggerated they make it.

I don’t like the "madness of fixed couples", but specifically, this wasn’t really a series. It was a short web series with episodes that were only a few minutes long. It was more like a pilot than a series.
Now I understand why they’re pushing him — because he’s a member of a famous pop group... As usual, there…
He’s actually very handsome and talented. I meant that he’s not right for the role — there’s a difference between that and falsely claiming that I wrote that he doesn’t look good. As for the casting of idols singers, that’s true... you’re right. But still, idol castings are right for the roles 99% of the time.
The casting of the male lead is really puzzling to me, and his hair looks strange too. I don’t understand why…
Now I understand why they’re pushing him — because he’s a member of a famous pop group... As usual, there are interests behind these strange casting choices.
Dropped at ep 6. I find this series really off-putting. There’s no chemistry between them, and it’s actually quite disturbing. Watching it feels uncomfortable, partly because of the gloomy color palette and partly because of the lead actor. I have no idea who the series is aimed at, but it certainly isn’t normal women. The main character comes home from work looking for comfort and a shoulder to lean on from her new partner, and then he basically says, Okay, you look beautiful, let’s do it. I don’t know… maybe other women would see that as normal? I find that hard to believe.
This is why people have stopped watching romantic series, and it also explains the popularity of BL. You don’t see that kind of humiliation there. In those romances, the partners are always equals, neither is demeaned, and there is always someone willing to listen, along with genuine love. It’s really strange.
I hope he gets plenty of work and continues to thrive. I support him even more now. Good for him for standing his ground and refusing to give in. Don’t give in to anyone.
Episode 3 without subtitles... 20 minutes long, with only about 5 minutes focused on the couple themselves. It’s disappointing, but it’s still fun to watch and I like it. I just wish it weren’t so short.
Chinese series really like violence. But Japanese romantic series in this style are considerate.
