The lead actor is amazing. I've watched several of his series, and he always surprises with truly high acting abilities and he is also very attractive. However, that did not help the series, which is poorly written, very slow, uninspired, and apparently has a very low, almost student-level budget. The minutes drag on and there is no interesting or compelling character to the female lead.

I suppose this could appeal to someone who likes drama, but I didn't like it. the movie is just ok

Frustrating , the identity theory is starting to permeate Japan, apparently a series sponsored by Netflix. I gave up at episode 4.

Everything went backwards in this series... Instead of starting from the past, they started from the end. It had cute moments until about episode 5, and from episode 6 it started to become a typical melodrama where one goes abroad for a few years. It's so standard that it's usually skipped to the end, with the couple reuniting after a long wait, but suddenly we find out that the end is the beginning. The couple isn't interesting enough for us to care about their past at this point. The male character became so boring and different from how he was initially that it wasn't interesting enough to know what he went through a few years ago when his heart was broken.

You were right about part of it (this one is one of the worst ) , just a correction: he is one of the worst J actors and they have no chemistry at all. Both of them are really unwatchable.

I wrote a review of the series; it is no more than 1/10. I truly regret watching it and wasting my precious time.

She has an annoying and grating voice, but he says it calms him. The plot is reasonable, but unfortunately, the main actress doesn't convey enough presence on screen to be the "Cinderella.

One of the best series I've watched, it's such a classic that always stays in your heart. It's one of those shows that gives hope and reinforces the idea that everyone has a partner who suits them and that everyone deserves love, despite their flaws and weaknesses, and that everyone also has these natural fears. It's very funny with a really strong message, showing a certain sophistication by challenging social norms while not falling into clichés. I loved all the characters except for the two clowns , the colleagues at work Hanazuma Ran and Akamine Reina.
Yamamoto's two brothers were really good and funny.

I wouldn't even give it a rating of 2 out of 10; that would be too generous for this series. It's unclear because it truly falls below Japanese standards even when there's no budget. It's one of the worst series.

I thought I could watch it , but I couldn't even make it through the first episode because it seemed to continue in the same frustrating manner.
