Also was considering updating this since it was before blocking and personal recommendations and the app
also, i think when a user goes to Help, there should be a big fat link on that page that takes them to your guide.

basically you still see them comment on other ppls posts but they cannot comment on yours and you do not see any…
can they see your watchlists, your statistics and last list updates?

Review Six Flying Dragons Spoiler
Tbh Boon Yi was definitely a very irritating character so much so that I have the actress in my blacklist and…
I unfortunately watched her in Black Knight and Bride of Habeak as well as the Girl who sees scents. I was OK with the last one, but the other two shows sucked in general and her weakness didnt help, 6FDs sealed the deal for me. I cant watch her anymore. Sad part is she's in that new Rookie Historian show that i wanna watch because of an up and coming guy in it (from Astro, was in Gangnam Beauty). So I am facing a dilemma. Luckily she doesnt compel me to throw stuff at the screen. There's a couple that do make me do that: Go Ah Ra and Park Hye Soo.

P.s. comprehensive review! I agree the use of the music was so damned perfect. The scene I hated the most: after he did his coup, he and his dad are standing there in front of everyone and he is asking/demanding for forgiveness from his Dad.?!?!?

my biggest flaw in the show was the weakness of the use of the character Boon Yi. his IS a fictionalised historical drama, so for the number of ep and the plot, there could have been shown a deeper bond that is more 2way. and romantic would have been a bigger plus. my next big flaw was how they had her mumble and whisper her lines -- more so in the 2nd half of the drama.

i was gonna give this an 8.5, but the amazingness of the strong eps cancelled out how i felt about the weak parts. and nothing stopped my pace from watching. when i feel like i cant live w/o seeing the next ep consistently, I have to take that into account. So I bumped this up to a 10 for me. Any score between 8.0-10 makes sense in this drama.

Enjoyable format for an article. Kudos to the two of you. I did cringe to myself when I saw low rating scores…
One of the intriguing things about My Mister is the fact that I still hear his footsteps in my head. Such an innovative way to keep the memory alive after the show is over. I do agree with cityhunter on one comment though, I wish we saw more of Jang Ki Yong's character as he continued to morph. But the show would have probably had to add a couple more eps for that to happen. As it was, his awfulness showed me how JKY is willing to take on and successfully portray an array of character-types in the dramas he chooses.

My biggest peeve during the show: the woman who ran the bar - her hair. She ran a very modest neighborhood bar but in every scene she came out with a head of tamed bright and shiny red curls that looked like she just came out of a hair salon with tons of hair products on her hair.

Enjoyable format for an article. Kudos to the two of you. I did cringe to myself when I saw low rating scores and negative comments for some of my favs up here, but after a couple deep breaths I got over it. :D As u know My Mister is a personal fav of mine, so I'll only comment on that one. See below spoiler comment.

I recommend u watch Legends first. There IS more than just sword-fighting becuz this is a wuxia -- there are multiple powers they have.

p.s. after The Legends, you should watch the 3 Rurouni Kenshin movies. They are a set. He is a to-die-for cool-as-shi%t samurai guy. If you like sword fighting, get to it. I already checked your lists and see no sign of these.

wellll, if you are cool with wuxia/fantasy etc, then definitely Legends. Honestly, I am so in luv with the lead male and the lead female is yet another badass. she's beautiful too. I think u will like it. A LOT. I have a GIF of them on my profile, smack dab in the middle of my gallery. Its a good story and lots of fighting and stuff. Its way less serious than Ming Lan. So go for it. Lets just say... I dont have a gif of anything from Ming Lan on my profile.....

Just watched for the second time. Excellent top rated drama! Watched probably 5 to 7 years ago and it is still…
I'm with ya. It's such an intriguing drama and script. And the acting is so intricate. I personally think this is SJK's best work. Hopefully Arthdal with prove me wrong.

i believe they've worked together in a number of dramas so it wasnt an impulse type thing. They actually had a relationship. I luv the guy she married, so if it doesnt work out, I'll scoop him up when he's on the rebound. ;P

LOL Enjoy Ming Lan. :D Its got a slow-pace ramp up. Very intricate show. Just know that the main couple got married last fall in real life. So its got this added benefit of real feels.

I totally get why you paused on FuYao and K2H. Each one went thru its moments where the viewer's head was hurting. ;D

Thanks for the article! I have only watched like half of these. Once u finish WWW, you'll probably add all 3 of the women on it for your part 2 article. And The Story of Ming Lan...the badass component of the FL (Zanilla Zhao) creeps up on you and wham..you realize in the 2nd half that she was one all along.

The strong female lead thing was popular last year in Cdramas, so you'll probably wanna watch Rise of the Phoenixes, Legend of Hao Lan, Story of Yanxi Palace, and Legend of Fu Yao to see what u think, if you havent already.

I also enjoyed Ha Ji Won in King 2 Hearts as a badass from N. Korea. I know some werent a fan of that show for various reasons, but I liked the two leads and Jo Jung Suk had a great 2nd lead role as well. Anyway, it was the story that needed some help as it drifted into some clockwork orange kinda of thing with the bad guy in the 2nd half.
