Not fan of the angle...at times

There is only one reason - or rather one person - why I'm giving this a 6. And that's Nam Gung Min (delicious as a baddie) - if it weren't for him, I will give this 1/10 stars. Park Min Young was underwhelming in her role, and although Yoo Seung Woo is able to portray a wide range of emotions - I felt his talent was misused or understated here.

A clear example is the bus scene. Park Min Young's character thinks someone's stolen her wallet, and hijacks the entire bus and orders them to the police station. At the police station, you seem some whizzy fancy effects, and Yeo Seung Woo's character literally walks us step by step of what happened, and that he actually witnessed the crime taking place with his eidetic memory. Then he points at the wall at the culprit, and everyone on Viki in the timed comments were going crazy about how cool it was.

No.

They played the wrong angle. If Seo Jin Woo knew exactly who took the wallet, the fact he was planning to get of the bus without telling the victim, or caring to let her know, shows a deeper insight into his character - that he isn't morally just and can quite happily witness crimes and push it to the back of his mind (this point should've been pressed more heavily forward.) This can be a direct contrast to the "good lawyer" role he's going to later take on (I'm assuming) and will make him a more well-rounded character. The director should've shown us JW noticing the crime from the beginning, but choosing not to say anything. Not try to make the audience go, "Oooh, how smart..." (which some viewers fell for.) If they were going to show JW's outstanding memory, I would've preferred it for something much more...grander or something minuscule if that makes sense. Either go all out, or weave it into the plot naturally.

Nam Gung Min's character is deliciously dark and one-dimensional to date. But the fact he purely provided an antagonistic note was much needed and welcome, when everyone else was being rather underwhelming. I will watch the next episode to see how things evolve.

Crystall ball...what do you predict?

I'm only ranking this 0.5 less, because not much happened in this episode besides a loooong journey into the underworld and she became a human :O Will she loose all her supernatural abilities, like popping out of thin air/floating upside down/etc? That was part of the charm...

But at least she can still see ghosts! I dunno. A little uncertain about what direction this drama is heading, but I'll stick around for a little more :D

Proceed with caution

I don't understand why they had to drag out "Is Su Yeon dead, or not dead?" for the majority of the episodes, when it's pretty clear she's going to survive this ordeal (somehow), grow-up, become a fashion designer and be replaced by Yoon Eun Hye playing the older version.

The characters cry A LOT, but because I'm so emotionally drained, the prospect of turning on my tearducts, is making me raise my eyebrows! ^^

Sublime acting by the child actors. It's tackling taboo subjects like rape, and child abuse so I will keep watching for now.

I'm addicted hardcore

I've just finished episode 10 and my blood is boiling. Tae-Joon f***ed of to America, and he never came back ONCE for his daughter? Oohhhhh....he's in my bad books already. I can't wait for him to be royally f***ed over, when all the revenge starts. By the way.....I'm LOVING Na-Yeon. I don't want her to die *tear face* She's so lovely, I kinda want her on the helm of the revenge train.

Also, when is Na-Yeon's twin sister coming into the play?

Will she and Na Yeon meet, before the latter is "bumped" off? Oh, I hope so! God, none of the actual revenge has started, but I see the potential of things getting messy real fast...

Also, I know Hwi Kyung hasn't featured in this at ALL (except for like 5 mins as his younger self), but I ship him with Na Yeon's twin already! Oh, the building blocks. It's making my heart flutter and I'm very, very excited. Don't look down on my score of 7.5 - I only gave it that because I have so many questions, which I don't know the answers too!

I have a feeling this will be an underrated gem. Let's see shall we!

Mystery of gym ajumma's death

It was nice to see Chan Soo again, as the police detective! Rather than the romance, right now I'm really interested in the nice mystery building up, like how that ajumma keeled over in the gym, and no-one suspected foul play, but then it turns out there might be??? I'm there, man, I'm totally there!

Also I enjoy the blunt honesty with In Ha. Like she's so matter-of-fact to get rid of those hiccups, lol.

Also the whole "are you crying? no, i'm yawning" thing is getting on my nerves. It was funny the first time, and maybe the second. But I don't actually see her crying, so for me it was redundant. But she's a cute character (though I wanted to kill her when she stole PSH's story! That was so underhand.)

But overall....i'm buzzing :) good drama does that

Mixed bag of goodies

7.5 is a fair score from me. At times I was bored, at times I found it too cheesy, but at times I was giggling and enjoying myself. Everyone saying this drama gets better & better, so I might (might!) check out episode 2, if I'm bothered. I can definitely see it developing to be something great.
