I got to #5 and am still not feeling it. Frankly, I like the actress here and the ML is a pretty face, but - I am totally taken by the co-lead of Tong Tong in Kiss Me Save Me and currently airing The Seized Destiny. I love vulnerable men who can emote with not only with their face but the whole body and character!!!

well since I watch mostly cdramas I can add that it has mostly dumb/5th grader mentality and behavior FL and stone-faced FL. Which are so predictible that it's hard to watch. That is why I like kick ass FL and vulnerable ML scenarios ha ha ha

I am gonna watch Kiss Me Save Me to see how the lead actors started being comfortable with each other for that best romantic intimate scene of this year so far. Ep 11 in case you wonder

I stopped reading halfway as it was just boring. Don't get me wrong: if you want to learn how to cook Chinese delicacies and history of certain dishes this is for you, but it's not a romance or comedy, or palace intrigue that could hold my interest. Generic story of a wronged strong FL who establishes her business and attracts ML. Honestly if not for Bao Bao and Blossom's lead, I would not have started reading, but not even sure I will watch it. Too bad.
