Well, that's what the classic kdrama Episode 8 is all about, isn't it. One more week.

But she IS the "chosen one" - the one who can life the curse which IS very real.

All of that cheesy dialogue in the early episodes is simply not believable as a man who is somehow, irresistibly in "love" with her.

If the curses are real, then I think the spells are real. Otherwise, the writers are cheating us.

I'm not sure what was meant by that final incorrect word on the charm, but my bet is that it did work - on the "wrong" (or, perhaps the correct??) couple. his parents.

Well, we found out that the love potion DID work.

But agree that there wasn't any real movement on any of the relationships and shame on the writers for failing to give us more hints about the original owner of the bloody, creepy hand or their ancestors/past lives.

It's not clear that Hong Jo is a descendant of the curse sender (Bloody Red Hand). She IS the owner of the box (according to Shaman Eun Wol.)

When Shin-yu was driving to meet Na-yeon ("If you don't come, I will die"), Hong Ju began to concoct the potion and he did a big U-turn away from Na-Yeon - at which point Bloody Red Hand showed up and appeared to be stopping him from his new destination.

I began to re-watch Episodes 1-4 a couple of days ago and noticed that one must pay very careful attention to flashbacks and/or disconnected scenes (we see 1st part of a scene in one episode and the 2nd half in a different episode).

To me, that's excellent writing/editing - PROVIDED the writers don't play tricks and omit critical info until 10 episodes later. That would be GARBAGE writing/editing.

Haha, living under a curse, suffers debilitating pain - not to mention a creepy, bloody hand - and you expect Green Flag Man?

Is he dating Hong-jo? No. Has he told Hong-jo he wants to date her? No. Has he told her he has true feelings for her? No.

I want to know backstory of Jae Kyung, if for no reason other than the fact that I originally put this drama on my watchlist (months ago) because Ha Joon was in the cast.

Okay, lol. From my notes:

Aeng-cho was a female shaman.
The person who killed Aeng-cho was a Jang.

It's not clear if Aeng-cho placed the curse on the Jang family or if it was another member of her family.

Although I am enjoying the show, including the magical spells and curses, I dislike reincarnation stories, so I may be dropping this at some point.

Some people may not "understand" what they are watching, but they do understand that Season 2 followed the web-toon more than it followed the Season 1 drama. There was never a romance or even a "crush" in the webtoon.

Do you recall which episode this was in? I'm trying to keep track of the various clues.

I would like to know why Jae Kyung is so concerned about the "two-timing". He works for Na Yeon's father and therefor presumably knows her well - makes me wonder if he secretly cares for Na Yeon.

My favorite genre is rom-com and occasionally a good legal drama will draw me in. Dislike reincarnation so I already know that I will be partly disappointed with Destined With You, but hoping the high level of humorous dialogue will help mitigate.

lol, but no when I read the top-level description of Revenge of Others, I felt uneasy - and then read the spoilers and confirmed my suspicions. So, no - won't be watching it. It's one reason I'm worried about the end to My Lovely Liar. Seo Ji Hoon is remarkably versatile in his ability to portray multi-dimensional characters.

Fortunately for Koreans, they don't imprison people simply for being trashy. 🤣🤣🤣

Granny Evil forced SJ to dump TK in order to protect her (Se Jin's) family. Then she used her power to coerce her into marrying her teen crush/love TK. 60 years of terrorizing her family and others but somehow Granny is "redeemed" because of a baby. No. F**k no.

I haven't defended Joon-ha on MDL (although I could point out mega hypocrisy if I wished), but I am unaware of any other platform that actually defends him. If you are a generous person, please identify the platform. 🥰😊

Looks like this is Kang Hoon's first Male Lead role. On my watchlist because of Kang Hoon - will need much more info before I decide.

Arin is a favorite, thanks to AoS. So glad she is gradually building up her drama repertoire. This is on my watchlist because of her.

My fondest dream continues to be seeing In-soo and Arin starring in a Rom-com.
