I see Wang Yang is no longer listed as part of the cast 😭

I'm really enjoying the two leads. I think they have great chemistry. The Male Lead reminds me of a mix between Chen Ruo Xuan (a criminally under-appreciated actor) and Deng Lun looks wise.

Watching on Viki where they seem to have combined episodes so technically I think I've watched 4 episodes.

Just started this and this is aesthetically a beautiful looking drama and well-directed. It is a bit confusing to follow along tho so this is definitely not a drama you can turn your mind off to watch. Watched 2 episodes and I'm intrigued.

I still hope I'll be able to see this despite everything because the number of Yang Shuo dramas I have to watch are few and far between 😭

Oh thank god it's coming to Viki. I don't have the coins to get yet another subscription and I don't like watching on illegal sites with sketchy ads.

It received it's distribution license at the beginning of September so it can air anytime now.

I'm still watching this, but there is absolutely no reason this show needs to be 31 episodes.

LBFAD was a fantasy drama while See You Again at its core was a modern rom-com. But yes, let's hope this has a good production team and script behind it.

I'm approaching this 'Sweet On' series cautiously after the mess that was 'See You Again', another 'Sweet On' series...

Started watching this since I wanted to check out Esther Yu as I'm currently watching LBFAD (watched 20 eps so far). This is a pretty generic romance drama and the set up is anything but fresh, but it is an easy drama to watch mindlessly while eating or something. Esther Yu's cute acting works wonders for me in LBFAD, but oddly here I find that her cute acting is less grounded in this modern drama than in the fantasy world of LBFAD 😅.

Also, what is up with shitting on a person for something they can't change? I've seen way too many comments about her voice and other female actors voices. Please stop. It's a pretty crappy thing to harp on.

Also, why is Lulu Xu listed as a guest role? What guest role is featured on the main poster for a drama? Lol

10 episodes down and I'm pushing on for Chen Mo and Mu Tong, which is the only ongoing storyline in this drama that's engaging for me. The script overall is weak as hell. And for supposedly technologically smart people our main cyber team sure do make some truly stupid decisions...

This looks interesting. Can't trust trailers for shit these days so let's just see if the end result will be as interesting as the trailer is.

I have been stuck on episode 6 for two days now. Try as I might I just can't get past it. This is a show where it's best to come in blind having not seen any trailers (the 1st one especially). I was blown away by the initial trailer and came in expecting a fully-loaded baked potato and instead received mashed potatoes. Sure, both contain potatoes, but the general compositions are different. I think it may be time for me to throw in the towel. I keep holding out for something; not knowing exactly what it is, or where it would fit into what show seems to want to serve 😕
