No thankfully they have not made him heartless or without morals- he just can’t be as emotional as a normal person and there is a certain order to his life just like most autistic people have but she disturbs that order and he started becoming curious about her . A woman is not always right just as a man is not always right. If you reverse the situation people will say worse things here

Exactly my point. I love Shen Yue - she really plays her role well. And even here non of us are criticizing the actors or criticizing the show lest some people get offended. What we are doing here is a character analysis from our point of view . She ‘Loves ‘ the idea of him and the ‘idea of romance’ with him but has not really tried to understand him as an individual or thought through things from the relationship perspective or put herself in his shoes.

I think she is the one abusing him . Let’s be clear. From him there is not much you can expect. She is the one who has very tall expectations from a mentally sick person. She is only thinking of the romance aspect but mot about how difficult that might be for him. No one should trivialize sickness or mental illness . And romance should be the las thing here . He needs to heal first . That is why she is self absorbed. This will be a growing experience for her too. It’s ok to not agree - this is my opinion of the drama

Yep . That is the thing she knew and she went into it open eyed. And now everything is somehow his fault. Her desperation and obsessive fixation on him is not at all endearing. If anything i am now rooting for them not getting together unless she goes through some overnight transformation into a person with a little more empathy and emotionally more stable. Right now they are both not healthy people.

If he were a normal person yes she can behave as she does and throw all those tantrums but what she is doing now is abuse on a person who is ill. She knows about his condition and has known from the beginning that it is hard for him to get into a relationship. No she is being totally unreasonable and yes she is toxic. If there was one instance where o would be sure that someone is toxic - it is here . He will never be completely normal and he won’t be there for her emotionally. She needs to accept that first. He understands that more than her which is what is interesting. He does not want that for her. She so already tired and frustrated . Can you imagine what will happen after a few more months or years ? And in what condition would he be in then? These are the things she needs to think about before plunging in like that. It’s so easy to sweep his condition under the rug and think everything is fine and how long can you live like that?

Well ML does not want a relationship- he has told her time and again that he cannot handle it. Has been very honest but he keeps coming back because she is keeps pulling him in . Gu Yi should not have provoked him like that if she was not ready to handle all the consequences. And now she is not happy with it . I blame her totally for the mess we are seeing now
