I don’t find her character endearing at all. Every prince runs to save her every single time and the CPdoes it multiple times. She basically walks-around as though she owns every one of them. what kind of character is this? She only truly thinks about herself and what she can gain. You can defend her to death- but there are no redeeming qualities to her. She is full of secrets and expects everyone else to bare their soul to her

I don’t want her to sacrifice - but honestly what exactly is her agenda- she is making an enemy of every prince and pushing away the one person who is cooperating with her. Either they write these women as too perfect and sacrificial or they go to another extreme like this FL. She does not have any redeeming quality according to me. Who would even love a character like hers in the audience ? I wonder. She needs all these princes to be at her beck and call when she needs help but then she will treat them worse than trash.

This FL character is probably one of the worst written . She really is awful. She just runs over everyone and everything. Such an arrogant and selfish, self serving character ugh ! She really should not be marrying into the imperial family. She can go live peacefully somewhere. She honestly does not deserve him- too self righteous. She has ulterior motives to marry him and she is questioning him about his motives

I am not digging the FL’s character but the ML is written well. And the story is intriguing

Exactly they are both flawed grey characters. Even in real life there is no black or white and there is no redo. That is why this drama was so raw and real. They are both carrying the burden of their pasts, their choices and their regrets. Just like people do in real life .

Yeah she was suddenly not using her brain there - but she was being impulsive because Chen Yi was in the car- it was like all reasoning went out the window

Regardless - she could have told the cops and stayed put. It was a reckless move . But you are right it is a drama- and there will be moments like these😀. It is definitely a good drama though! Have thoroughly enjoyed the leads

She may do it again- there are no guarantees. But then she is not a simple character- there is a manipulative side to her and we see that from the beginning. I don’t think the drama is saying this is ok - anybody who thinks that is not analyzing the characters or story well. It is the representation of their characters in the drama. I would not consider this as an example of a normal relationship even. But that is what stories are . They make us debate on what is right and wrong, normal/abnormal etc

Yes I am watching for him. His character is interesting. Her character is a little too much to handle

Zhang Bin would not have stabbed him if he had not seen her following them . She may have her pov - but that was reckless . It’s was a police mission and she just barged in the middle
