it’s true it was like blah blah blah… you’re so sexy….I remember a line from a drama…. “I’m not an amusement park. I don’t just have fun and leave.“ When you hear actors deliver lines like that you appreciate brilliant screenwriting.

Thankfully it’s over….I am not sure how to sum up the series. I found it really dragged and eventually I was fast forwarding through episodes. In the end I cared little for main couple and Jade…I could write volumes on what has to be the most annoying. side character in a BL series.
Stories always have an arc/conflict and I am dreading what is going to happen in this one. Hozumi has a painful past and it will catch up with him at some point. I only hope it doesn’t take a dark turn as some Japanese dramas do. I have loved this series so far. The best way to describe it is “healing” and I hope the warm feelings that have been conveyed until now can continue.
Every time I see that little kid I smile and I don’t even like kids. He is an amazing little actor. His enthusiasm for Hozumi’s food is wonderful. There is something about this series. It has a healing quality to it. It’s warm and peaceful, with no drama. I love it.
I find this series exhausting and tedious. It’s about Sato and Amagi’s relationship but it moves at such a sluggish pace it’s exhausting. True her boss being a slave is odd but I find Sato’s reactions annoying. A comparison is Kimi Wa Petto with a master/pet relationship, but I found that series far more endearing.
After A Shoulder to Cry On (ASTCN) I am skittish where Korean BLs are concerned and I have been wondering if this is worth watching. So far I’m not seeing much in the way of convincing comments. Why I disliked ASTCN so much was it was clearly a romance but there was no romantic interaction between the main couple and that was irritating. And yes it was wholly unfulfilling as a series. Much like Now we Are Breaking Up. I wanted to hop a plane to Korea, find the screenwriter and punch him or her for that script.
