There is a warning at the beginning that this program may contain imagery, sounds, and contents that are inappropriate…
Thatās very like a basic general content warning. I wouldnāt call that a trigger warning, because itās so generic. Trigger warnings need to be separate from credits and other warnings for the very reason that you remarked š
hello I'm back with comparison spoilers between novel and drama ep2,- like i said before the entire peem and khem…
I donāt think Khemās reticence for the initial bulk of the novel works in the context of a drama. I like this change. Heās more interesting this way.
I still haven't started this series, although I really want to. Under genres it says 'horror'. Is it? Because…
I donāt like being frightened, avoid horror, and am fine watching this home alone at night. Others are screaming. It depends on what grabs your viscera. There arenāt really any jump scares so far, which is why Iām okay.
Episode 5 was great, but the last 10 minutes were a bit crazy. Still don't get how Mild doesn't know what happened…
If youāve never dissociated completely your lack of understanding is totally normal. Please donāt assume itās a failure of logic though. Some people experience dissociative amnesia, and untreated PTSD can mean peritraumatic amnesia lasts for years, if not life. Iām someone who has first-hand knowledge, and this is what it looks like in my case. Iām stopping watching this show until my own treatment is complete. That episode seriously needs a trigger warning šØ
I feel like the Thai locations were far more beautiful and the way the scenes were shot was better, the Japanese…
The differences in beauty come down to latitude, to some degree. Thailand and Japan have completely different climates for a range of reasons, but the one that most effects island life and biomes is the fact that Thailand is in a tropical latitude, while Japanās is distinctly temperate. The tropics have very different land and marine conditions to those further from the equator. Japanās most southern point is five degrees north of Thailandās northern border. Itās also a Pacific Island, which Thailand isnāt. Thailand is much more substantial in terms of land mass, but itās also sheltered from Pacific patterns by surrounding countries, and is attached to a continent. Japan gets a beating from low pressure systems in winter, freezing, while Thailand is wet for half the year, getting tropical storms during a month-plus over summer. They look very different, and not all of the saturation difference is done in post š
so everyone's focused on the bright side, and that's good but there's a part l just can't forget: (spoilers) so…
Yes, Iāve elected to go by Haebomās attitude to this. Heās a savvy kid, who knows Taesung inside out. He always seems to nose out whatās going on with him since their last year at high school. He was more focused on his own feelings about Taesung, than on Taesungās crossing that line. He placed little importance on it, and heās the more emotionally intelligent of the two.
So I just started watching this drama (just started EP2), and I really enjoy the story however everything seems…
Itās one of the Korean romance tropes. Whatās Wrong With Secretary Kim and Semantic Error were the same. Itās actually something I seek out sometimes, especially after Iāve watched something really gritty thatās set off my trauma response. Thereās something very fairy tale-like about dramas made in this style. Itās escapist mind-candy.
