So many military dramas lately, watching this right after kitchen soldier took some adjusting but thankfully ep…
Because eating food when shooting is hard for continuity when doing many takes. In most cases when that is done some one tracks how much food is eaten and match it before next take or they just play with food without actually eating, they also could do close up without showing plate after to make it easier. Usually there is also spit bucket next to them or do small bites for illusion so it keeps the dialogue clear. Also dish on plate or whatever else could just be fake to look nice.
How do people even manage to create a controversy about lack of historical whatever in a frigging FANTASY? It…
They gave 2 much power listening to demands of deranged loser fans in many Asian countries and parasocial stuff they sell made it even worse. Catering to them and folding will only make next shit worse and worse because now they are conditioned to do this to get what they want.
People on this site just blindly vote high based on star power and consume everything regardless of how well executed project is. I like IU but this was mid AF.
now that the drama is almost ending is it worth watching or not? I wanted to wait till it was almost finish before…
Story is kinda all over the place, logic is inconsistent and despite being labeled as law drama there is hardly any law involved. ML is more like a detective then anything else which makes absolutely no sense.
IMO writing in this drama is very poor, not even actors fault. There are legit narrative plot points and uncharacteristic behavior that make absolute no sense and I am not even talking about paranormal elements but core structures.
That means nothing from person who is paid to promote it lol.I like dramas from IU but idk why you take promotional…
Sure, I have no idea what actors say because I don't follow or stalk them, I just watch some drama and that's it. Could care less about them other then their performance.
Even if actor believes when they tell you something is good it has little value from more objective point of view of a 3rd party unbiased reviewer. But contract wise they legit can't shit talk their production unless they wanna pay damages or get sued and they also in contract have obligations to promote stuff for limited time so their opinion has little value in being unbiased word during promotional time.
Sure maybe they can talk shit later but not while they are contractually binded which is now. This period right now is when they do promo and legit can't shit talk product without lawsuit.
Also being in it and making it they can legit genuine think its good even if from unbiased POV it could be mid. I am not saying this will be mid but actors are many times enjoying shooting something and experience could be good but then end product could still end up mid and badly produced, edited or whatever.
Most actors don't even know how end product will actually turn out without pre screen watching. I doubt she got to do that.
Since in kdrama there are no residuals Korean actors get a fixed upfront fee per drama, so they promote like crazy because a hit would be a career boost. Next drama salary can be negotiated higher and based on kdrama hype Brand deals (CFs) and endorsements pay WAY more which in turn lead to more variety shows, fan meets, and international gigs.
But contracts literally require them to hype the show on press, lives, socials, etc. It's part of the job. Higher ratings/views keep the whole team happy and make them more bankable and picked for future projects.

It legit is, they are all PR trained since young age, especially idols and them talking on fan app is legit encouraged or segment by agency to engage with most parasocial loyal fans who spend money on merchandise.

oh I get it I am just a 34 year old dude who works in video production and not a naive teenager who base their opinion on lead saying it's good during promotional time while it airs and think answering fan app is also not part of PR.

Scores on mdl are cooked anyway.
This show lacks in many aspects and people should be able to express it but despite that it can still be enjoyable watch.
Idk why people want echo chamber.
