does it has happy ending .. clear answer plz :)never mind ruining it it's ok wz me
Yeah,it would be like us saying to you how to see things , when you have to see them and define them for yourself. Ladytears and many others think that the cycle just starts all over again, almost like OS achieved nothing, but in my case - I think he paid his debt and is free to start anew with the girl he loves.Of course ,the curse is waiting for next generation , but even though it's terrible,I don't think it can't be solved and dealt with.Maybe I'm just overly positive, but that's how I like to see things
My favorite so far, Hana Yori Dango, all seasons and movie. I give 11/10 ratings for all of them. I've watched Boys Over Flower too but I keep coming back to HYD again and again.
Now I'm very excited that Hana Nochi Hare is airing. The sequel with the cameo of Domyouji, Tama and Nishida really makes me excited and bring back all those memories. My current obsession is Hana Nochi Hare but HYD will always have a very special place in my heart.
I’m at episode 22 (or episode 10 of 12 of S2 if you’re counting them as separate seasons) and I still don’t know about the first life! Ah, this is frustrating but I NEED TO KNOW. I’ve been marathoning this series as much as I can and I love it but I do have issues, mainly the relationship between Ye Yin and Master (apparently his name is Si Yin but I wouldn’t know that ‘cause 22 episodes in and I’m STILL not there). Does he not realize that by raising her as a child, she clearly only sees him as a father figure? There’s legitimately no romantic feelings on her side so I’m confused as hell as to how that’s going to work. I do so love vampires and Ma Ke but lord knows Ya Long and Ye Yin probably wouldn’t work out long term. I just don’t know where this drama is going. But that’s part of the fun isn’t it? I WILL PERSEVERE.
Edit (3 hours after original post): I’m now done! Turns out episode 22 was the start of the explanation of the downfall. To be honest, I think they just took too long to get to that point and pretty much everything that came after it felt very drawn out. LOL @ public menace to society Sha Ke and Ya Long in that rather spectacular battle. That being said though, I do like the ending. I’ve seen some people reflecting that it’s open ended but to me it seems pretty final - she goes back to the point where the decision to create her was made, interrupts them and then Voldemort-flakes away since by interrupting them that one time apparently means they’ll never bother thinking or speaking about it again (deities, man, what goldfish memories they have!) and hence never create her and therefore never bother fighting for millennia for her attention. I did really enjoy the drama but I think because I marathoned this season so hard (due to my indulging on the first) I got tired of their repetitive missions and extra-ness this time around. Also, I still have issues with Master/Si Yin/Sha Ke/whatever the heck his name was. The actor is attractive, I’ll give him that, but boy, is the character himself actually kind of a creep. He kept saying not to hold his past life against him but then proceeded to do exactly the same thing as that past life and I’m like, “boyyy?? how did u change then??” Then there’s the fact that keeps shoving her through time portals and never giving her useful help or advice, that he makes all of the decisions for her “out of love” but never bothers to consider her feelings first, that he says he’d be willing to let her go on her date with Ya Long but then FOLLOWS them the entire time and oh goodness, he’s just a creep, man. He can play cold shifu any time but the minute he becomes this annoying obsessive creep, I’m like “boy, bye!” I’m partial to both Ma Ke and vampires so I can’t be unbiased in my opinions towards Ya Long. I will however like to state that yes he did try to kidnap her and make her his vampire bride but did eventually change his mind and heart to allowing her to make her own decisions. To me, that does make him better than SHIFUUUU but once more, I am biased. (Also, his eyeliner and bottom lashes are on POINT.)
TL;DR: I think Ye Yin would be better off in the real world finding her own love away from these previously celestial but also very troubled beings. 8/10 from me :)

There is a documentary about her life that was just made in the last few years...It is in english or subtitled when Korean is spoken. Preview.... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BiobgLcn3K8
I was bored and decided to watch this but after I watched the first ep I felt depress not because of the mood…
Heartfelt thanks. I couldn't decide whether to give it a go but after reading your comment I will. It sounds exactly like my life right now, and sometimes you don't need to see an escape from it but just to see that other people are also going through the same and that they understand and get what you're going through. Thank you!
I'm tempted to watch now but I rather wait too see what you all think cause I hate to waste time watch a long…
Uhm I have seen about 32eps, and I don’t think there is much to make you cry about. You might cry of frustration and anger on the direction the second half going, but heartbreaking, not really?
*sigh*
