God!! I watched it this week. It was great!!!! Now I have 2 new favourite yaoi couples. Story was a bit draggy and illogical at parts but it really worth the watch. Thanks a million for recommendation
I love Rang and Yeon bromance and I watch this for them but I'm not enjoying how in every episode they seem to have a confrontation full of sad back stories and hurtful conversation only to be reunited again. Yeon is like I hate you, I kill you then half an hour later he's rushig to save Rang.

Yes. It's quite possible. Although I haven't thought of the second part, it does make sense that he did it to kind of make an alibi for their appearances. Reasonable theory.

IDK! I watched the first 2 episodes and it wasn't my cuppa, then I saw it was such a hit and got curious about all those songs and time travels! So in the end MJJ and the girl from the past (CYR?) are alive (and together)?

I too think they went too deep into something they couldn't develop completely. Mei bao and Ah Jun's reactions to their father wasn't SS, sympathetic or anything else, IDK why some say it was. They were scared of him and story went too far back in their backstory and kind of made this cat and mouse game over the top. This is my first Angelababy's drama and although many say it's her best work and such, I didn't really enjoyed her acting. She was either crying pitifully or gazing up with dreamy eyes. I liked this drama but still it has many plot holes and flaws.

Yeah, anime was deeper and more enlightening about their relationship than but yet again it could be Wu's addition. I think I should watch 7 & 8 again. Honestly, I liked anime characters and story better, either because my preference for anime and fantasy in general or because it was more complex.
