Sorry to butt into your conversation! But where does she says she's fallen in love with her stap father? I don't remember her saying this to Wu and her behaviour toward him was cold and hateful not sympathetic or IDK, like Stockholm Syndrome. I've very curious about this part.

Drama is gripping until 15th episode. At last episode it loses itself! I think anticlimactic ending could be for two reasons: 1) They didn't want the too perfect, too innocent picture they'd made of Mei bao tarnished with her staging a murder/suicide. Killing herself or another wouldn't sit well with her persona. 2) Audience could/would have kind of guessed Murder/suicide thing after anime part in ep8. Alternate ending could've been a surprise for those who had connected the dots about her past. Also, the woman siting above filming everything at leisure and doing nothing to stop murder is a bit out of mind.

There aren't much horror scenes and even those few ones aren't scary. But all in all it's a decent movie with good acting.

I hope it doesn't disappoint! I'm so excited for it and still there's 2 weeks to go!

Death bell is more saddening than frightening. I much prefer my own premonitions about paranormal beings and evil spirits than some half-baked revenge. I admit I didn't see the murderer's identity coming but still the ending was anticlimactic and teacher's story wasn't surprising. He had a wicked aura about him.

It's kind of funny. I'd seen couples get divorced so their son wouldn't have to go to military training but this kind of staged separation is really something!!

How is that he and his wife are divorced but they're still living together as a couple? I know that there are divorced couples cohabiting for some reasons but he and his ex live as a normal couple, sleep in same bed, wear rings and everything. Also, he said to her "let's not remarry", does it mean they're live together because they'd wanted to remarry? Or it's a translation error?

Watching Li Meng yu's episodes has confused me about something.

Yeah, I saw it in summary and liked it but in drama no one mentioned it so far and from what I've seen from her face she wasn't much dolled up, like always imo.

I'm still in ep8, but I have a feeling that susoects' tales and lies are more interesting than actual murder mystery and this episode ending kind of gave me some clues about thr crime. By reading your comment I'm more sure of my suspicion.
P.S: Do they call it a "Doll Murder Case" in the drama too. I saw it in the summary but I didn't hear it in drama so I thought it's only in novel.

Thanks God. It gives me "a murder on orient express" vibes and little flashbacks from suspects support it. I can't wait to know!

It's very engaging and gripping. Most of the characters are fascinating. I hope it keep the fast pace and intrigue until the end.

It's because people tend to rate before finishing, watching or even airing a drama and in this case they either rate so high( like dramas with top idols as MRs) or rate so low. I still haven't watched all subbed but from what I saw it was a decent and well made drama

So it's a fastforward kind of drama. Thank you

Is this worth watching? I'm entertaining the idea of watching it, but it's a bit too long for my taste::)
