Title Burn the House Down Spoiler
As usual nagano mei is awesome . Definitely one of the best actresses in japan. Suzuki Kyoka really shined in…
What Anzu wanted was to expose what really happened and relieve her mother's guilt and recover her memories and she did it but some diallogues and scenes made it look like she's out for blood which made the ending meh. They didn't return to their house, we don't know if they took their names back, etc so not much was changed after all the drama. Also, I can understand if all grudge left their heart after knowing it was a silly accident after all and not some evil plan but still, saying Makiko and Sastumi forgot the past and everything is OTT and that is the reason I think the ending was too fluffy. Makiko may not have burned down the house but still, she made friend with a woman she disliked, stole from her, was over the moon seeing she and her daughters are out on their ear, badmouthed her in front of her (spineless) husband, true or false said she hated him and his family, and many other bad things. I know we live in a world where even ex-cons and criminals can start a channel and become successful bloggers but her moving on after such a huge scandal early into her fame as if nothing has happened was too much. Even her husband's hospital took a hit and many staff left, at least we could see some bad comment or low rating or even that she's filming herself but doesn't post them to see she's as high as she thinks.

I don't like DuRian's expression and behaviour. Half the drama is passed and she's always on edge and nervous with pinched nose and lips as if she's smelling something weird and can't determine what it is!

Title Damo Spoiler
Sad, beautiful, and daring. I think its low rating here is absurd. It's script is brilliant--like a Shakespearian…
One can never think much of ratings imo, especially on sites like IMDB or here where the audience and fans rate them. Also, this an older drama, many people here are newer fans who have came after streaming services started to show kdramas like crazy and they mostly watch recommended shows, originals, etc, hence the older ones are neither popular nor high rated. It's sad and intense too with a heavy ending, many would rate low for it as well.

Title Durian's Affair Spoiler
I first I thought the wedding night scene was super awkward because in a previous episode her husband in Joseon…
That "I was your father in previous life" with her husband and "mother" with her MIL was her imagination. She was thinking how it would sound to her if someone came and said I was your family.

Maybe because it is similar to Soju? πŸ˜€
No, they said even her name sounds like from a saeguk drama.

It was one-sided, but Yuzu felt bad for using him.
@L13 Quite agree. I actually liked them a lot, they were both cute and kind of stupid but smart in their own way. I too think she liked him, she thought about him and was more shocked after his confession but there were many buts and ifs in their way.

Wow!! Father is really something else. I can't believe how much of a pathetic, spineless moron he is. Seeing his sisters, it's kind of obvious why he's the way he is. Fortunately Kiichi and Shinji broke this control and got away!

Makiko-san actress was brilliant, her face, smile, talking, walking, everything were just repulsive in how superficial they were. I just wanted to smack her head with one of her fancy bags.

A pity they swapped it with the Maestra. I hope at least they won't push it back further and it would be aired in Q1 of 2024.

Soulless and dry. Not a good office romance. All men were creepy and cringe while women were selfish and entitled.…
Don't know about other things but quite agree on creepy men. I couldn't watch more than 2 episodes of it with ML staring at FL's lips all the time. Even thinking about it make me cringe!

Title The Moon
I don't think so. That's actually a sci-fi comedy movie, but this one I presume will be a serious thriller. I…
I know, I explained it in my other comment. The whole concept sounds the same but of course details will be different.

Why did they have to cut some of the scenes out from international version? Damn.
What scenes did they cut? There were scenes in ep. 5 preview that we didn't see.

Oh, alright, thanks. If he's really going to end up with only one FL in the possible 2nd season we're going to have lots of discussions about it by fans of different love interestsπŸ˜„

Title The Moon
You mean the 2022 Chinese movie Moon Man?
Agreed, also whenever FL took the narrator to another room to hit him was hilarious. I don't think they would be the same though, it has a drama tag instead of comedy for one and accidents are different, but the whole concept of a person being left alone on the Moon in near future is quite similar.

Yeah, funny is that it's not balanced but at one extreme on either side. In novels MLs are complete womanisers with a harem of their own but in dramas they're asexual creatures. Manga and animes are either between or like any of these two. 😢

Ironic that the first one who's probably going to remember their so-called previous life seems to be CJ.

One thing's annoying me a lot is that why these two don't ask the date? They've done all sort of crazy things so what's wrong with asking what year you're in? Another thing is that Du rian doesn't tell So Joe about all men and granny being their family. Also they should sit down and make a consistant story about losing their husbands and their memories with only their name and relationship in mind. So maybe the family would think they were in an accident or something. I don't except a kdrama, especially with this writer, have a logical path but still....
