I actually don't hate Hu Sui/Su Zhi since I know beforehand from comments of what she will do (esp. since I understand…
I don't hate her either :) She just makes the wrong choice if you look at "the bigger picture" since most of the people alive now have nothing to do with what her clan went through. Like I'd be angry too, but there are more innocent people then there are guilty ones.
Will this follow the plot of the novel? I heard that many people don't like the plot of the novel, especially…
In the novel the girl's aren't twins. It's a soul swap between a modern girl and the ancient times girl. But since time travel is banned they had to change that.
They had to change stuff since the concept of traveling into the past is not allowed in tv series anymore. So…
"Concerned about the growing popularity of time travel shows that rewrite history (presumably someone in officialdom has a sense of irony) officials have decided to ban time travel plots.
According to the New York Times, China's State Administration for Radio, Film and Television said TV dramas involving characters traveling back in time 'lack positive thoughts and meaning.'
It adds that the guidelines worry that such shows: 'casually make up myths, have monstrous and weird plots, use absurd tactics, and even promote feudalism, superstition, fatalism and reincarnation.'"
Is it me or did they changed the character of Wen Wan? From my vague recollection reading the beginning chapters…

Im actuslly enjoying this. But why did ML doesnt want to divorce her?doesnt he hate her from the very beginning?…
I think it has to do with the imperial decree, which is why they got married in first place. Since the emperor "bestowed" the marriage on them they are not allowed to divorce I guess.
Well with 40 episodes I imagine there will at least be one breakup xD
It's a bit to soon to say for me. It depends a bit on how good a screenwriter we got if the plot will hold up for 40 episodes. Or well 38 xD But yeah I tend to agree that some dramas would be better if they were shorter.
The one thing I live the most about this drama is that in most cases it doesn't just forget character's mistakes.…
Their happy ending took such a long time to come true, but I also enjoyed the fact that they worked out their differences during a longer period of time.
I am impressed you have managed to hold out this long. This has been a really nice comment section.
I watched 2 days and then was like okay lets get the VIP XD But it is my first time as a youku subscriber so it was quite cheap taking one year. I also have more youku dramas this year that I want to watch on air so I was like why not.
Well it has only been on air for 2 days but it was 8 on the list on Datawin yesterday. The main leads were also on position 6-7 on vlinkage character report. It topped Maoyan though.
Oh wow no wonder I recognised the voice. The voice actress for PXR has done many characters, I most recently heard her when I was watching One and only as Shiyi. Yuan Lang, the character, is also dubbed by the same actor who voiced Ashile Sun in TLB.
