I'm scared to watch it. I've been disappointed a lot by seemingly amazing, high-rated cdramas in the past :(
Well this one has a slow start so it did stop some viewers from continuing. I do think that the production value is very high and all of the actors did a great job. One of the things I enjoyed was that even though it is a very serious drama it still has comedic moments, more so in the earlier episodes. If you are hesitant I would recommend you try to watch until episode 12 and see what you think by then.
Part 1 had a stronger storyline compared to part 2, coz felt like the last few episodes of part 2 was rush n lacked…
Part 2 had some episodes cut since not all episodes passed review, so it is reasonable to think that. But indeed most of the production is high quality even though the end got rushed.
But why Im still camping on this page and on Twitter starry love hashtag π π
Because it's just the day after so it's all very fresh and most people are still active xD Also there is not really anything else you feel like doing maybe lol.
I think it is part that and part that more people voted only once after it was finished. But it has a chance to…
I am also okay with the ending. It is difficult to try and decide what I would have removed instead though to keep some scenes in XD Like I think that this drama could have been even better with another two episodes or so.
I think cnez really angry about ending, rating on Douban dropped from 7.4 to 7.2 ππ

Watch some previous projects you have not seen yet?
I have not actually watched that much of them before. I saw Chen Xingxu in Truth, which is modern crime, and I liked the plot but the filter was grey so I got very sleepy watching it. I started with Go Into Your Heart with Landi when it aired, but I wasn't really in a drama watching mood at the time so I did not get very far. I am atm watching Skate into love, for the supporting cast, and also going to try to watch Go into your heart again now that I have affection for the actors. I think that for Landi, if you like school dramas, you might like My Huckleberry Friends. I heard that it got good reviews.
So this scene near Lamu house not after girls reborn, but YQ hallucination πhttps://twitter.com/riya_rsp16/status/1634857485126483969?s=20https://twitter.com/ketsara_kade/status/1634854065841790977?s=20
I feel like it could probably have been even more emotional if they had chosen this place. But it was really pretty with the colors in the immortal realm.
QK and CF edit which I found on bilibili ππππ:https://www.bilibili.com/video/BV1kM411s76J/?share_source=copy_web&vd_source=30fac0f40a92753eb0c0ea1dec0a3aec
TBH I don't like how the writers decided to whitewash too much on Ye Tan's father, to even seem like he is the…
I am a bit conflicted about him. I am glad he could finally admit his wrongs and the fact that he was ashamed of his actions. If the drama had been longer, I think it would probably have taken some more time for Yetan to forgive him. But since it was only 40 episodes and well for obvious reasons they wanted Yetan to have one family member to support her in the end. The character on it's own is also cowardly so I think that is the biggest reason why he never did stand up to his ministers. Like even Qingkui said that their dad was a coward, and during the first Guixu event he went away to safety. I do believe that there are probably some parents that are like him though irl, they recognize their wrongs later in life and try to make up for it. It still does not make the wrongs right but it is better then never admitting you were wrong at least.
