I highly recommend waiting for the next registration window and getting an account. It's such a useful resource.
It's still in the works with Episode 2 done recently and episode 3 likely to be done soon(from the looks of it) and the subbers doing such a good job.

@Lisehapguer @Sima A fansubber has just picked this project up since the movie is in the pipeline, it will be over on DO when they complete it.

Just a PSA all episodes are available on Netflix with subtitles in Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Indonesian, Thai and English. It's also being subtitled in German, Spanish, Portuguese and French.

So many of the added ones are Kimura Takuya's dramas, obviously someone's a fan. Le Grande Maison Tokyo(2019)A Life(2017) , Antarctica(2011), The Family(2007), Good Luck(2003) and this. And they have added some films he was a voice actor for.

Episode 4 is now subbed in five languages(English, Korean, Thai, Indonesian, and Chinese(T)) plus Japanese CC, and episodes 5 and 6 are raw on Netflix.

Both episode 3 and 4 are now available in the UK.

EDIT: Episode 4 has Japanese subs(no English so it appears it one episode being translated a week)

I've noticed this as Episode 4 release lines up with today, and i can see episode 3 + 4 greyed out with title and picture visible(UK), I'm thinking that this must be a glitch(with them loading the video file onto the platform but making it appear before its translated)

I found it on YouTube and the autogenerated Japanese subs are good enough to use to translate to English(or your own language), search

Thanks for writing this article, I'm enjoying it for the reason mentioned in as well as how it show that everyone is suffering in their own way at some point and it shows doctors can be patients too.

That's impressive and brave to start on such a long drama.

There looks to be another season if its funded but if not the preview is just enough to make us question the ending
