Everyone should watch this drama!!!
What a heart-warming j-drama! If you have been contemplating on whether to watch it or not, you should! As in the description, there are 3 main characters: Shuji Kiritani, who is one of the most popular guys in school, Akira Kusano, who is a bit eccentric at times ( but that make him a very interesting character) and Nobuko Kotani, who is a new girl in school, but for her gloomy looks and super shy personality, get bullied.
Now, at first, you may wonder how they came together because it just seems impossible, but I like to call it "destiny" as two characters in this drama keep calling every coincidence. (hehe)
Moving on, the story, the acting/cast, the music were super good! I mostly liked Horikita Maki, because she displayed the character very well, and how over a period of time she overcame herself and finally started smiling! It was just super adorable!!!!
I recommend this drama to literally anyone, because I myself, a person who only watches romance dramas, was able to enjoy the simplicity of the friendship which was displayed among the 3 characters. Seriously, as I said in the beginning, just watch it, you won't regret it!

This is a very plain, simple but overall adorable drama. This drama doesn't have a lot of romantic scenes, nor a lot of scenes with action, but it is very easy to keep up with it. But this drama is not for everyone, I can definitely tell you that! It can get frustrating at times when both leads like each other and just keep denying their feelings for each other, but I (personally) understood that they were both scared in a way and it wasn't the right time based on a lot of factors (like the ML already had a girlfriend and had an obligation towards her).
There were a few things that bothered me:
1. The time frames were too abrupt. In some scenes, a few weeks passed just like that, and in others, a few years had passed.
2. The story was really slow. I feel that if they shortened it to 9 or 10 episodes, it would be better.
3. There wasn't a lot of action. Even though I personally didn't mind it, it would make the story better if it had some interesting scenes full of action.
4. The FL was too calm for my liking. When the "girlfriend" kept on insulting her, it would be better for her to show more emotions than to just listen to her and then calmly tell her something.
5. I expected more emotions from all the other characters ( Except for Rerngjai because she actually was the character that I enjoyed the most. She was straightforward and said what she thought! Just how I like it, XD)
Overall, it's a very good choice if you want to watch something plain, simple, with a few cute scenes and a simple storyline.
Well, if you read it to here, thank you very much.
P.S. I'm not very used to writing reviews so sorry if I didn't write it so well.

Now, what can I say, it was just a rollercoaster full of emotions! (BUT JUST A WARNING. DON'T WATCH THIS DRAMA IF YOU WANT SOMETHING LIGHT BECAUSE THIS DRAMA FOCUSES MORE ON DARKER/DEEPER THEMES AND HAS A COMPLEX STORY).Well anyway, this is a drama to watch if you want something serious, complex, with character development and with deeper themes, as I have mentioned above.
I mostly liked everything about it, except for the fact that Nira (the nephew/niece) had a relationship with the uncle-in-law and the fact that Nira's aunt, Rungrong, was blamed for her husband's infidelity because "she was too possessive of her husband". That just ticked me off. Also, I absolutely despised Manow, it's just like mind your own damn business, why are you getting in between everything? But then again, if she didn't do anything, the story would have probably winded up differently.
Overall all the actors/actresses did an amazing job, I have zero complaints, and the music fits the story well.
The ending was satisfying. It fit the characters very well and in a way, everyone got what they deserved. I couldn't even imagine a different ending. It perfectly shows how the character's actions can lead to either good or bad consequences.

Going back down memory lane
Since I have watched this lakorn probably around 3 times, I think that I should leave a review for it.The story itself is interesting and this version is much better than the 2021 version. It's more down to earth, it has more texture and the story takes all the time that it needs to progress (unlike the 2021 version where things seem to take no time at all to take place and everything happens not so smoothly and some parts even drag out).
The actors are very good, the main female lead is very pretty and she suits the role as well. Her transformation from "ugly" to "attractive" also took a bit more time but it made the story flow smoothly.
The only con that I have for this lakorn is that Dao's sister is very annoying, but story wise it makes sense why she has to be a bit naive and young.
The music is kinda old style but it does bring back nice memories from the past.
And since I have rewatched this quite a few times the rewatch value on this is high.
The story does need an episode or two to get on a roll but once it's on course it's really fun watching it, I really recommend watching it!!

A good drama to watch after a slump
I don't usually write reviews for the dramas that I watch but I feel like I should write one for this one. From the very first episode I was hooked. It was enjoyable and interesting. It has some aspects as like a "cinderella story retelling", except with a few more changes which are definitely more interesting than an actual retelling.
The music for the drama was picked out quite well and it fit the scenes perfectly.
The cast did an amazing job!!! Even the actors that played the villains did an incredible job based off of how much I despised them.
The main plot line was revenge, but I feel like the story slowly morphed into something even more, something quite healing for the main leads.
Overall, this is a very good drama to watch, especially if you're someone like me who has been in a drama slump for a good year or two.

"Memories don't disappear. They are smeared into your soul."
This drama fully entertained me. It has some very good looking actors, lots of laugh out loud moments, an interesting storyline and all of the characters have different quirks which makes it a very enjoyable watch. This was also the first time when the OST didn't bother me. Most of the time if an OST is repeated several times I just get bored and it soon starts to annoy me, but in this drama (even though I don't remember the name of the song) it made me happy every time I heard it.
The story itself was really good, although I feel like some moments need a little more work on them, like for example, when Im Sol went back in time and she could walk again, she only acknowledged it for an episode and moved on. I think that if a character truly spent over 5 years (and most likely more) in a wheelchair, they would need more time to readjust.
Also, I feel like this drama could have been a tad bit shorter. The time travelling kind of reset all of the progress that Im Sol made and it frustrated me at times, but the ending truly won me over and I couldn't care less anymore, they were happy and so was I.
Also, it is never explained how every time Im Sol went back in time, her grandmother hinted that she knew about it and didn't tell us further.
Besides a few characters that need a bit more development and a few story loop holes, it's an entertaining watch that finally got me out of my drama slump. If you want to watch it, go for it.
Side note: don't form your opinion based on a random persons review. Whether I liked it or hated it, you need to watch it for yourself and form your own opinion.
Happy watching!
Thanks for reading and have a good day.
