the way he leaned on her shoulder and said that dialogues perfection ๐ญ
Right! Honestly I got mad at him too. Shouting and accusing her... . What was that Cha Se Gye? But then he realized he was wrong and immediately comforted her. If he didn't, I believe we would have got a 2 ep-length break-up...
I wonder if you know what a meltdown is but what I saw in the last scene of ep 9 was a meltdown. It was collapse. It was someone whose emotional cup didn't just overflow; it shattered. I could see in her expression that something has shattered.
I can't even lie, the last scene gave me such whiplash. Like what are we even arguing about. The secret meetings,…
It went along with Cha Se Gye's hot temper. He needs to fix that attitude. He could have talked to her to find out what had really happened. But that is Cha Se Gye for you... . I liked it when he immediately found out that he was wrong and tried to stop her. If he didn't, it would have become so much harder to soften her heart again.
I'm here because of Zhou Yiran and fell in love with the drama at just first ep! Sorry but Fu Jiu is like a loyal dog here ๐ ๐ but absolutely gorgeous. All male leads are gorgeous here. Hahaha~~~ I like the colors too. Red and black. Beautiful ๐
Yes, he's not a green flag. Shin Seori actually listed his flaws on the beach when she was sitting next to him.…
No. Even toward his partner he acts a little self-centered. He shouts and get angry and can't talk nicely. Then he suddenly regrets it and acts soft. He's a yakuza in love ๐
I really hate how physical violence from the female side is somehow normalized within some female communities…
It's not normalized. The context still matters. And yes we also need to acknowledge that we apply different standards male vs female physical aggression.
I wish a brave writer would write an ML slapping the FL to the ground because she said something wrong that humiliated…
She's an ancient royal concubine who may have slapped a lot of people in her past life. Even in the first episode the moment she thought the man in front of her is rude towards her she immediately slapped him. That's her character setting. Also the pure rage she had at that moment when she was hitting him while crying and shouting was understandable because in her mind she finally was going to accept and reciprocate his love but then he comes and accuse her... Cha Se Gye could have "talked" to her about his doubts not shouting and accusing her heart...
IDk why they keep calling Se Gye a green flag he really isn't he's actualy a bit toxic and obsessed but he's nice…
Yes, he's not a green flag. Shin Seori actually listed his flaws on the beach when she was sitting next to him. But then she had just one reason to love this man.
This episode was so intense. Cha Se Gye is no pushover in this life and by no means he's gonna give up his love. That last scene in ep 9 was so good. I could feel all the emotions especially through Shin Seori. Her disappointment and utter rage when he was accusing her. And then when Cha Se Gye lightly put his head on her shoulder... . Oh God... *-*
But then he realized he was wrong and immediately comforted her. If he didn't, I believe we would have got a 2 ep-length break-up...
