Stolen Moonlight (2025) is a crime revenge miniseries with a slow burn romance between the lead couple played by ML: Huai Wen (as Xie Lin) and FL: Fu Yu Shu (as Lin Shu Yue). The leading couple had suffered injustice under the antagonist's plot to take everything from their families; he rigorously trains the female lead for his illegal and forced gambling activities and keeps her on a tight leash that is loosened once the male lead gets her by accident while targeting her adoptive brother. As she recovered from amnesia, her memories brought back her tragic past, and she partnered with the male lead to exact revenge on the antagonist. The leading couple had good chemistry as partners in crime and one nice romantic scene, but there was a cloud of somberness hovering over them. The end is nice and sweet, with wide bright smiles that hinted at a dazzling future.

Lian Ai Tian Cai (2025) is a nice romance comedy miniseries with Wang Yiran (as Feng Yan) and Shi Tong (as Sang Lu) in the leading couple’s role. The cast did a good job bringing their characetrs to life and the lead couple has a very nice and caring chemistry. The drama’s pace is fast and it takes the lesd couple a long time to realize their true feelings which made the romance a slow burn one. The lead female character is super bubbly and sometimes it can be a bit too much, but it’s a comedy after all. The drama is good to unwind from a heavy-laden one and the couple is very protective of each other. Even when someone plots against the lead actress, the male lead trusts and protects her, and viceversa!
Overall, it is a nice drama with a sweet romance. Enjoy it!

Gong Ni Lan Qing Kong(2025) is a nice romance miniseries with Yao Guan Yu a(s Qin Si Yan) and Peng Yao (as Lin Kong Yu) in the leading couple’s role. The plot is nice but the drama feels more like just seen edited snippets of a whole drama. Yao Guan Yu did very well bringing his character to life and he kept the romantic vibe on a good note; but Peng Yao was not convincingly in love, she didn’t bring her character up to par with that of Peng Yao’s. Overall, the drama is not bad but , the editing process used to bring this drama about successfully, needed a couple with better chemistry.

Burning Love, Unblemished(2025) is a nice romance miniseries with Li Zi Qian (as Zhou Li Cheng) and Zhang Shan (as Jiang Wanzhi) in the leading couple’s role. Although this drama is one of the many adaptations of the web novel "Jing Zhi Yu Ye" by Tan Qing Zhu, it is nice to see it with different actors. Li Zi Qian and Zhang Shan did a good job bringing their characters to life and they have really good chemistry. There is some fun push and pull between the lead couple that, on the long run, Zhou Li Cheng, with his seductive, protective, and fun personality, wins Jiang Wanzhi all over again.

Xu Yi Zhan You (2024) aka Intentional Possession is a romance drama with Wang Yi Ran (as Lu Bei Ye) and Hou Cheng Yue as (Jiang Wan Ning) in the lead couple’s role. The drama is okay but, for the most part, it portrays Lu Bei Ye as a lunatic without a conscience but, in reality, he is the only one with true feelings for Wan Ning. The drama takes a bit too long for Wang Ning to show her true feelings for Bei Ye but , overall, the drama is entertaining.

Shh! No Dating Allowed in Class (2024) is a romance miniseries with the lead male Cheng Zi Xin (as Ji Shu Yin) and lead actress Yang Shu Yu (as Xiao Hua). The plot is interesting but there is not much to say about the romance between the lead couple. Their chemistry falls flat and, even after she falls in love with him, she spent much of the time running away from him. The male lead exerted all efforts for romance and the female lead’s body language didn’t show enthusiasm.

- Ru Yi Man Tang (2024), also known as Happy Family, is a nice fantasy drama mostly about Ruyi (played by Yang Xinyan), a young sickly child whose body was possessed by the soul of the richest woman from the future. Her mother, Shen Bi Yu (played by Yao Yuchen) has been abandoned and forced to get a divorce and move away with Ruyi. It is after that that Ruyi meets Duke Wei Zhen Dong (played by Zhou Hang) whom she immediately liked. With the experience and intelligence of the soul inside her body, Ruyi starts a plan to help her unfortunate mother get a better social status, a lovely man as a daddy for herself and a strong, affectionate, and protective husband for her mother. Although there is a slight but really nice romance between the leading couple, the plot centers on Ruyi who was excellently portrayed by a great child actress, Yang Xinyan. Overall, the cast did a very good job bringing their characters to life and the miniseries is quite entertaining, enjoy it!

How Can We Resist Her Charm (2024) is a great romance miniseries with Liu Qing as Jiang Qi Yun and Bai Yan as Gu Ci in the leading couple’s role. There is a mystery to be solved and when Jiang Qi Yun finds the truth, he makes a decision that changes his life and the lives of others around him. The one drawback of this drama is the rushed ending and some issues that seemed unresolved but they were irrelevant for the leading couple. Overall, it is a very good drama and the leading couple has great chemistry.

The leading couple, Si Yi Han (played by Zhang Ji Jun) and Ye Nan Sheng (played by Zuo Yi), have a cute chemistry but their intimate moments are just sweet interactions and they don’t have great romantic chemistry. There is a good amount of misunderstanding and the female lead is constantly imagining things and getting upset instead of asking the male lead directly. Still, the drama manages to end up with a happy and cute ending.

Although the subtitles are not the best, which is a disgrace for this drama, the plot is a very good and smartly written revenge drama with a much better ending. The leading lady, Ai Lin / "Erin" deftly played by Jiang Shi Qi, is a strong and intelligent woman that, after been betrayed by her husband in the most heinous way and finding tha her son Dondon has disappeared, she reaffirms herself and steps on a path of revenge. By a chance encounter, she meets Luo Meijuan, a woman living miserably under the shadow of an abusive alcoholic husband, and the two formed a bond and helped each other to get away from their respective malevolent husbands. This drama is very well casted with great performances from the main characters Ai Lin (Jiang Shi Qi) and Wang Dao Tie as Wen Rick, Ai Lin’s Machiavellian second husband and the unscrupulous Inspector General of their police Department. This drama is not a romantic story, it is a great story about a woman who will do anything in order to protect her son and avenge her husband’s betrayal. Overall, the cast did a great job bringing their characters to life and the drama is provocative and entertaining, enjoy it!

Great adaptation of the Japanese shōjo manga series Hana Yori Dango and, to concur with other reviews, the best so far! Not having read the manga or watched the anime, I am not sure if it is close to the original work but, having seen all five drama adaptations (Japanese-Hana Yori Dango 1 & 2, Meteor Garden- Chinese and Taiwanese, Boys Over Flowers- Korean and, F4 Thailand: Boys Over Flowers), this is by far the most enjoyable with characters that are not over the top and that are more relatable. The drama is fast pace and the amnesia plot, although it was present, got washed out quickly and made the ending seem rushed. The cast did a good job bringing their characters to life and the chemistry among all characters was great. The leading couple also had good chemistry. Enjoy it!

Secret Royal Inspector is a great comedy with a historical backdrop. The drama has a well balanced mix of dramatic and comedic moments that are a delight to watch and a small dose of romance. For viewers that are expecting a torrid romance, this drama will be disappointing, but the chemistry among the cast can be felt in every episode. The leading couple is fun to watch and their camaraderie is solid; their friendship, even when bickering, is nice to watch as they slowly but surely develop romantic feelings. The cast did a great job delivering their characters and they are fun to watch all the way to the end. One of the greatest aspects of this drama is the ability of the cast to show the right facial expression for every occasion. Overall, great interactions among the character (Male and female lead, Male lead and his servant, and last but not least Ahn Nae Sang as Jang Tae Seung who raised the female lead and Shin Ji Hoon as the Royal Guard Choi Do Gwan). This drama is fun to watch; as said before, it has great characters and the dialogues are smartly written. Enjoy it!
