As for getting there at a short period of time, she could do that now since her spiritual energy is stronger than Tian Hou's. She would've been practically overpowered now if her human body could tolerate the power flowing through her.

She named it after herself.

Yes, he was only 15 years old ten years before the story starts. So the criticism that he got for not acting like an ancient demon was off. He is practically a child in demon age. Mumu acting like a kid is on point. Fan Yue maturing fast was the result of his tragic past, just like Qi Feng.
