Hello, I was so happy watching this drama!Unfortunately, I saw many people angry about the story, either because…
Oh, I didn't read the novel. I just watched the donghua which is available on YouTube. But yes, I feel the same about their relationship - exactly like "The Untamed" not as obvious as "Heaven's Official Blessing".
About your second question (whether BeiLu remembers BiZhi): I have to say the donghua is very different from the drama. No one forgot anyone in the first place. But you're right about the drama - BiZhi remembers BeiLu.
No need to apologize. I'm not a native speaker either, and my writing isn' t perfectš
I have to admit I didnāt really enjoy the first episodes since I kept comparing it to the donghua. But it got much more exciting after the āchess gameā episode. Episode 25 is my favorite by far ā sweet, soft, and heartwarming. Looking forward to Season 2!
Canāt help saying this, but there is a big SPOILER in my comment. Youāve been warned.
One of the many subtle, yet truly beautiful things I loved about Ya She was Bi Zhi and Bei Luās last meeting before Bei Luās memory was wiped clean. Come to think of it, it was Bei Luās friendliness and sincerity when he portrayed Qing Zi Yi that made Bi Zhi cherish his friendship with Zi Yi and Zi Yi himself more. Itās a lovely parallel, which becomes visible only when you think about it a bit more: in the first episodes, Bi Zhi was drawn to Bei Lu only because he reminded him of an untimely lost friend; but, in fact, his special attitude to Qing Zi Yi was partly due to the fact that Zi Yi reminded him of Bei Lu. Love it, when they do things like this in stories about travelling in time.
did Bizhi really take a childhood photo of Su Beilu to bring back with him to the future?? what am i gonna do with this info?? their bond really are something.. not even a hug for the whole 30 eps, yet you can really feel the yearning in their eyes i cant stop rambling about them now...missing them already

Now, I'm not sure I understood the after credits scene? Is Bi Zhi working for the Time administration and remembers…
Most certainly, Bi Zhi remembers everything. He went to that bar on that very day on purpose to see Bei Lu. He seemed very happy to see Bei Lu. And, what's more important, he didn't seem discouraged by the fact that Bei Lu didn't recognize him or the circumstances. And they exchanged contacts, which apparently means that this time Bi Zhi doesn't intend to leave soon and is sure he will either be able to help Bei Lu remember what they have been through OR to create new memories together. I think, this ending is just perfect and it gives a huge opportunity for the second season, because they can basically repeat some of the tropes (thanks to Bei Lu's amnesia) and this repetition will be totally justified.

Now, I'm not sure I understood the after credits scene? Is Bi Zhi working for the Time administration and remembers…
but his smirk/smile kinda hinting that he remembers..and i cannot shake the feeling that perhaps thats the phone Su Beilu gave him...š„¹š yeah..lets hope there is season 2 with new mission whatsover š
Now, I'm not sure I understood the after credits scene? Is Bi Zhi working for the Time administration and remembers everything, but pretended when he came to see Su Beilu? Or did he actually forget everything but then how can he still time travel when the administration fixed everything? Shouldn't he be back in his time? I need answers in season 2!!
Edit: I was tired and got everything mixed up, I meant the scene before the credits, not after š Watched the episode again, and it's clear that Bi Zhi remembers everything, though i'm still wondering why the time administration allowed him to travel to the past again. It's probably not authorized, but he did it anyway to meet Su Beilu. I can't wait to see what happened during the ellipse for Bi Zhi if there's another season :)
I found another little gem! It's not perfect, it can still be more polished, but it was exactly what i needed when i was looking for something new and fresh. The premise is really cool and i like the Doctor Who vibes. The story was easy to follow and entertaining enough to keep me invested. The pace could have been better, though. Sometimes some episodes were slow and lacked depth, and i think that they could have mixed the episodic episodes and the main storyline better. But, overall, it's a nice little show! Now, let's talk about Su Beilu because i won't let anyone trash him again. He's so underappreciated because some people find him annoying. But he was supposed to be impulsive, childish and unreliable at the beginning, because he didn't get to have a normal childhood and he grew up alone after his grandmother passed. His growth in the show was actually beautiful to see and he really became one of my favorites! His relationship with Bi Zhi was so endearing and their friendship so important. Their chemistry was definitely there and both actors did a great job! Their dynamic was so funny to me, with Su Beilu being an excited puppy using one brain cell and Bi Zhi being too serious, barely smiling, usually being the brain of the operation and forced to manage his stupid friend.š But honestly, they have really healed each other in ways they haven't realized themselves and i absolutely love the soulmatism of it all! I was disappointed to see so many negative comments when i was enjoying myself so much, because this show is better than the comment section makes it out to be. Tumblr is definitely more fun than here! If you hesitate to watch the show, just give it a try, it's really worth it, especially if you wanna watch something that's not too complex with time travel and good bromance! It's cute, sometimes funny, and sad, and so much more! I really hope there's going to be season 2!
