I fail to understand how still as a society we fail to treat certain issues pertaining to mental illness with such cavalier disrespect and humiliation. He was going through depression, and anxiety, taking medication/ drugs to deal with it; and as something that happens frequently, he became addicted to them. He didn't peddle, he didn't sell, he didn't steal, he didn't commit crimes against anyone else. He tried to deal with his own problem the best way he thought he could, and he failed, as we all do or have done as human beings. But to bash him for that, to degrade him for it, instead of providing support, rehab, therapist, and counselors, instead, we drag him to court, shouting "Yes, you're a monster!! You deserve nothing but disdain!"
When literally, those pills were nothing but a call for help.
Pooh acted exactly what he was told. He acted out the softer version of novel Charlie, so if you feel anything…
I guess he told you personally, or maybe you saw the script and the actor depiction personally. Or wait was it just a terrible BL from a begining with half baked characterisations??!! But good for you for loving his acting. Kudos.
I watched to whole show and I honestly still have no idea if Pooh is just a subpar actor, or if Charlie is the…
LMAO. I think it's both honestly, Charlie is soo lackluster as a character; the whole last episode felt so underwhelming, and then Pooh's acting, or lack of it, on top of that, I'm like whaat?!!
I get people can like actors and stuff, but the people who have liked Pooh's acting here, oh gosh!! Like really?!! How?? What part of his 'acting'?? I get this is his first series, and I'm sure he'll get better, but a spade's a spade, and here, he really was lacking in the acting department.
Absolutely feel you on that. Way's character had this complexity and depth that made him stand out as the ultimate…
Right?!! Also like sacrificing yourself for the man you know hates you, will never love you, probably even trust you... That just pales in comparison to what's between Babe and Charlie. Way was/is the best written character in Pit Babe. And Way/Babe's story is just soooo intense!!
Way's ending makes me super sad but also somehow Pit Babe feels more like a story of Way and Babe (maybe because of the way Way died) instead of Babe and Charlie. At least to me.
Do you want to know the most shipped ship of this series??!! It's SaiNut (Sailub and Nut) and they're not a "couple"…
I hope they don't rush Charlie and Babe's story at least. For the others, I'm ok with no closure, I mean, I got all the chemistry I wanted between the pairs, and next I can always go to AO3 lol... But yeah it would be sad if they rush everything on the last episode.
I'm a bit confused as to why everyone expect 6 couples from this show. Was there any official announcement that…
Do you want to know the most shipped ship of this series??!! It's SaiNut (Sailub and Nut) and they're not a "couple" in the series or book or anywhere really!!
But they are all over TikTok, Twitter, Instagram, just everywhere lmao.
When literally, those pills were nothing but a call for help.
Also Pete. My heart breaks for him too
I like the teasing hints of PeteWay, the tension, the eternal eye-fucking.
I love PeteKenta's unsaid, unfinished history.
I love the potential of KimKenta simmering right below the surface....
I love AlanJeff's bubbling cuteness.
I adore NorthSonic's chaotic subtext of affection....
And I am absolutely in love with how fans are shipping SailubNut so hard, in a completely fun, playful manner away from the series...
Truly, all unfinished stories have more potential than the finished ones!!
But they are all over TikTok, Twitter, Instagram, just everywhere lmao.
