Huiju is the only one with a brain on her shoulders, she doesn't need to plan and plot and betray to understand people's motivations. She reads almost everyone like a magazine.
This is soo funny the only character development happening is with SFL, Huiju. She went from chasing after Taeoh, to resigning herself. She went from being airhead to literally picking out Hyewon's entire personality. She KNOWS while Inha wont fall for Hyewon's lies, still he is playing the wrong game pursuing the wrong woman. The only one seeing through pretty much everyone's BS... while having a forced marriage being shoved on her.
She is the main character, whoever wrote her, knew what they were doing. And kudos to Choi Hee Jin, she is holding her own against two heavyweight male leads, acting the hell out of this dumpster fire of a drama. This should be her breakout performance.
I'm in the minority where I'm not opposed to Hyewon and Taeoh getting a smooch done, but please, please I just want the actress to emote well, or at least something during it.
I just don't want to feel icky seeing like, a plastic cutout expression giving me dead fish eyes during the kiss, it's gonna make me feel so weird if I get nothing from Hyewon. So please if you're going to do the deed, please don't make me go 'Ew, what the heck?!' with Lee Jae Wook going in all passionate and then getting nothing, zero, nada from the FL.
