Is Whispers of Fate and the generated AI Scroll of fate similar ? The AI is "casting" both genre of welknowned actors. Have "real live" actors approved of this AI Cdrama and what's in there for them ?
My brain activated my fingers and selected this Cdrama by mistake. Had a pick at the first 10 minutes or so of that story and had a shock...couldn't stop watching. Hope viewers will activate the spoiler tag because it will be a roller coaster.
Should you be interested I found this. Looking for details in regards to the music composer. Would feed you all more with whatever I find. But as for now :
I keep up watching it...I'm stubborn. The dead corpses are too much to stomach...but I'm still sitted and watching an episode at a time for the last months. Won't watch 2nd season although this part is well acted, directed with good cinematography.
The camera is playing tricks on me with amazing takes. Details of the sound track are lost without headphones. This 7th episode looks like the calm before the storm...the ex better behave.

Your first paragraph. I am aware that exorcism didn't exist in Western states. African and Latino exorcism/vodooism were demonized by the Western Church for monetary, colonialism, ethnic-cleansing reasons. Although it is still used in Soudan for example for the reasons you must be aware of. What has to be kept in mind is that vodooism in their origin countries were used by native healers/mediums and not considered as evil. There are chants and dances immortalising this type of healing/trances. Nowadays black magic is used in a couple of Western countries. I won't walk on this path as it is a delicate subject.

First of all, I feel shy and together blessed reading your meticulous answer. Second I didn't watch Love Beyond The Grave and I will not as to my artistic preferences, good as these leads can be, their respective vibe don't translate fantasy scripts style. Then, as I said, I shall rewatch You Have My Heart although idioms are not at my level of understanding Mandarin. But, I have difficulty to make the bridges between the supporting actors and the leads. Both leads convey deep intentions and I like the direction the script takes me. I shall look into the extra links you have added in your comment.
Watching this story seems more complicated after reading your above review. I dare say that now I have to pause at the 3rd episode and restart anew whithout this review in mind.
