This drama is actually painting the current reality of men not being to be men as nature intends. Not that they don’t want to but the system is making it hard for them.
Women are acceleratingly becoming more successful than men and getting paid more, but men are still expected to be head of families and provide.
It is very boring, also Bai Lu is miscast for this role,she is too fragile and petite Wang Xing role is meh. But…
I actually didn’t feel her energy, she seemed exhausted to me. Thought to wait for more episodes.
For the ML, I think I’m still stuck at The Double, I haven’t been able to watch other dramas of his that aren’t similar. This is my problem I must deal with :-)

ML’s dramas hardly reach an 8 rating (on MDL) no matter how good I think they are. So, this MDL rating doesn’t really surprise me.

I just tried the new one and after seeing her thin thighs on the mini skate it was hard to watch, I won’t continue
She didn’t look good in marry my husband either.
Anyway, it’s non of our business.
