I saw this one 4, 5 years ago, and I enjoyed it, finished it completely. I liked the FL actress, she also seems to speak very clear. Not knowing the language, I´ve always wondered what the title means. The google and AI translations don´t match the alternative (English) title The Burning Years.

In case you are puzzled. This is two different short C-dramas put together, as is made clear in the summary. The cast of both dramas is put together in the cast overview, but between brackets is the dramaname belonging to the characters. You can find both shorts separated on MDL. In the blue column on the right the descriptions say `type: drama´, and ´format: drama special.´ However I don´t understand the Chinese title 金生雨你 Jin Sheng Yu Ni, Literally Gold-Born?-Rain-You.

So far, I have not seen other couples in short dramas having a chemistry together like these two actors. However, you may like the main couple in Summer Rose, 2025, with actress Guo Yu Xin who has a lovely charisma herself. You may like the short historical fantasy drama A familiar stranger, 2022.

Just a lovely short drama-series with lots of chemistry between the FL and ML. Both actress Chen Fang Tong ánd actor Dai Gao Zheng s are absolute equals in acting ability, charisma and looks. Which hetero girl-woman did not dream of a man like He Yu Chen. Intelligent, educated, strong, well-built, manly and fearless, and still vulnerable, softhearted and loving. The Fl is a strong FL. Some commenters complain about a messy plot, but I don´t agree with that at all. Just a very enjoyable, romantic short drama.

Somehow, how sleazy most short vertical dramas are, watching Dai Gao Zheng and Cheng Fang Tong paired as a romantic ML and FL couple is always lovely. Talking about chemistry. Their acting is well enough. The eps are 11 minutes, just enough to fill up some small chips of time between chores, or waiting for someone.

Strange ending, seems a sad ending, and then the last scene has a twist, which sort of makes a mysterious, unclear, open ending ...

Two actresses are both called Baby Zhang. The one in Moonshine and Valentine is Baby Zhang Baijia (1993). The other Baby Zhang is Kristy Zhang Hanyun (j1989), who is the FL in Princess of Lanling King and Lady in the Butcher´s house.

I used to invite my sister in law for family-events, small gatherings etc, so she could meet more of our near and distant family-members.
